Nice Cheap holidays. Can not wait to do Coltsworld on 17th March.

Holiday started with an 90 minute delay. Pickup 8.5, actual 9.35. No communication or apologies from either of the 2 drivers on boardthe coach Reached destination and more distress. As we were offloading and attempting to get inside the hotel, we were blocked by the previous holiday makers desperately rushing from the hotel to get their luggage onto the same coach we were vacating. Again no communication or interest from either drivers from our coach. Very unorganised and a difficult start for everyone hoping to enjoy their break. Hope things improve quickly, as breakfast was same, each time a cooked breakfast was served, it was just warm at best. Evening meals fared better. Hotel was OK, Tired rooms, would pay more for improved hotel and couldn't fault serving staff or cleaners doing their best in limited conditions. Have enjoyed better holidays on previous trips but understand budgets are tight, but could do better with own coah staff on this holiday, making everyone journey 2 hours longer to get to hotel. Disappointed 😞

This will be my first holiday with National. My booking was dealt with very efficiently by Emily who answered my questions in a professional but friendly manner.

I could only get so far with an online booking as I needed clearance on a mobility issue and had to call your help line. The young man confirmed every thing was OK and in fact completed the booking for me. An invoice quickly followed by email and further information about the trip soon followed.

keep getting email,s re coach holidays but you never put the pick up times from Newcastle, i have sent a few emails asking why, as i and every body else needs to know the pick up time to see if we can get to Newcastle by bus or train , as it is now good booking if you can not get to pick up point on time but you never reply, i know this already but that is useless and does not help me booking a tour as i can not rely on catching the coach if i do not know the departing time before booking, as all the other coach tour companies do

I was left holding on for a very long time, while the lady on the phone checked if I could take a walk assisting trolly. For such a long wait, I feel a call back would be more polite.

Really nice hotel, great food pleasant staff. Seemed a little strange that we had to kill a day waiting for our coach to come back for us at three o'clock when they brought another coach party in. Lovely to be last on the coach in Bedford and first off on the way back - it's usually the other way around :)

We tried but couldn’t book on line so had to call. The person who helped us book our tour was wonderful!

The journey was too long.

There was a half hour queue to check in at the Hotel.

My Hotel Room was so cold I had to sleep in my day clothes.

The price was great wasn't to keen on great Yarmouth but we were able to go to Norwich and Lowestoft on the bus the hotel was basic but clean and tge room spacious was lovely and warm in the room and entertainment Saturday night staff were lovely but the food a bit basic but overall for what we paid it was good value for the money
