Assistant very helpful and explained everything clearly. Slightly disappointed that first choice was booked up but we were trying to book at short notice.

keep getting email,s re coach holidays but you never put the pick up times from Newcastle, i have sent a few emails asking why, as i and every body else needs to know the pick up time to see if we can get to Newcastle by bus or train , as it is now good booking if you can not get to pick up point on time but you never reply, i know this already but that is useless and does not help me booking a tour as i can not rely on catching the coach if i do not know the departing time before booking, as all the other coach tour companies do

Too long on hold.
I was left holding on for a very long time, while the lady on the phone checked if I could take a walk assisting trolly. For such a long wait, I feel a call back would be more polite.

Great value for money.
Really nice hotel, great food pleasant staff. Seemed a little strange that we had to kill a day waiting for our coach to come back for us at three o'clock when they brought another coach party in. Lovely to be last on the coach in Bedford and first off on the way back - it's usually the other way around :)

A bit disappointing
The journey was too long.
There was a half hour queue to check in at the Hotel.
My Hotel Room was so cold I had to sleep in my day clothes.

The price was great wasn't to keen on…
The price was great wasn't to keen on great Yarmouth but we were able to go to Norwich and Lowestoft on the bus the hotel was basic but clean and tge room spacious was lovely and warm in the room and entertainment Saturday night staff were lovely but the food a bit basic but overall for what we paid it was good value for the money

From being picked up in the coach
From being picked up in the coach, phil the coach driver was very good at explaining our journey and what was expected when we checked into hotel.
First class driver. 100% perfect.
Weather was'nt the best but we expexted that so came prepared. Hat's, gloves and weatherproof clothes.
Bit cold in hotel room but foynd a radiatar in wardrobe so plugged that in and was nice and cosy after.
Helen and Hugh in restaraunt were amazing, as was all bar staff and reception staff.
Our room was spotless so big shout out to the amazing cleaning staff who often get ignored.
Had the best time, so thank you to everyone xxc
