This was the first time that our Council had used Natim Services, and we couldn't be more pleased with the job that they did.
The fence repair was carried out in a very professional way and they went above and beyond what was in the quote by fixing a couple of other issues with the fence. Not only was their work of the highest standard, but it represented excellent value for money.

We moved into a house and months later the gate started playing up despite having another company supposedly servicing it. The whole system turned out to be a mess. I did some research online and came across Natim Services and got in touch. The communications with Kasia were smooth, she advised on the best model for our needs (Beninca), kept us up to date and she let us know every detail when it mattered.
When Raf came to fit a new motor, he explained everything that he'd be doing and he also found a bunch of other issues that he proactively went out of his way to fix for us - he wasn't happy doing an average job, he wanted everything perfect! We now have a smooth and reliable gate that just works perfectly.
It takes a lot to impress me, but Raf's expertise and quality of work was worth every penny.

Used Natim Services for replacement system to residential security gates; prior to this we used them for emergency repairs. Their professionalism, efficiency, communication, knowledge and work are fantastic; the new system has surpassed our expectations! Raf at Natim services was fantastic. Communication from the start was brilliant and he attended our office within a week to re-hang our car park gates that would no longer close (installed over 20 years ago by someone else). Raf was very clear on how he would fix it and all work was carried out quickly and with no mess.

I used Natim again as the last time they did some good work on a steel entrance gate changing a lock.

I needed another lock replaced on a steel garden gate. It turned out to rather fiddly and took a lot longer than anticipated. However the work was done successfully with good humour and optimism.

They could have easily charged more for the extra worked involved but kept to original price which was much appreciated.

Will recommend to my neighbours.

Resourceful and creative solution to a metal & galss Crittall issue from a previous fabricator.. Natim were great in resolving the issue simply and economically.

Electric gate repair
From my first initial phone call with Natim Services I was kept up to date on when the repair was to be done which in it self is a professional service.
Raf came round as promised and on time.
The electronics that operate the gates are over 25 years old but still Raf managed to get the gates operating again.
Raf at Natim Service was very polite and professional and has a wealth of knowledge. Extremely happy with the service and cost.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Raf who was extremely professional and efficient. He came on the same day as I contacted him. He programmed two fob’s for my electric gate and followed up a few days later to ensure there were no issues. Would highly recommend for any issues concerning any Security Access.
