Breath of fresh air.
We have gates at our house, probably installed over 20+ years ago and one gate would not close. We tried calling several gate suppliers who simply were not interested. Then one supplier came and came up with a rip off quote and so we simply closed the gate by hand for 5 months! On recommendation I called Natim. He came the following week, and 2 hours later, the gate was working again. Such a breath of fresh air to have a reliable, honest and knowledgeable tradespeson, did the job, price as quoted, no unwarranted attempt at upselling anything I didn't need. Thanks for the skill and the fix.

I had a problem with my motor for my gate got in touch with RAF. He came on time, was very polite and friendly. He also did more than was expected.I will recommend him to anyone as I am very happy with his customer care, and the problem has been solved.

Amazing product, amazing service.

Raf spent time discussing in detail what we were looking for, which was slightly different from the norm.

He spent the time to send update pictures to help us decide on the final configuration.

Onsite he was very thorough, kept the site clean, disposed of all the rubbish and the final product, being two doors, are amazing.

Great - Came next day - solved problem - very nice

I called Natim to fix a gate system that had not worked for 10 years and they agreed to come same day. Raf systematically worked through all the issues, bringing back up electronics, bringing back into use the gate motor, adjusting its operation, identifying other parts of the system that were defective and could be temporarily disabled and leaving us with a working system. He's solutions-driven, customer-focused and responsive. We agreed a plan to source parts and fix outstanding issues, a perfect service. I'd definitely recommend Natim.

Natim Services were fantastic!
They gave an estimate over the phone from photos that I sent them. They offered a very competitive quote.
Raf was amazing. There are lots of people who can fit parts but very few that can fix things. He was able to repair our damaged gates using great skill and ingenuity. He was able to find a solution when many would have given up.
I would not hesitate to recommend his services. I will certainly be using them again if I need to.
