Placed order by mistake. Within 5 minutes, I emailed to cancel. Their policy states cancellations can be made if less than an hour. Received an email that they received my email and since they had a high volume at the moment, they would respond in 24-48 hrs. Received another email shortly after saying my order was being processed after I said to cancel. Again I said I canceled. Haven’t received another email and my credit card was charged.

This is a SCAM.. these are nothing close to jeans.. it is pitiful thin material, almost sheer.. and trust me they will not refund the money..

My rating is minus I0! 2 pair of pants received are smaller in size than indicated on size chart, and fabric is flimsy polyester of low quality with no stretch. No invoice included with the order. It is complicated to contact customer service, who then required photos to make a return, then offered 10% refund of purchase price. Many e-mails. Seems to be a Chinese company with some distribution addresses in US. I'm giving up and will donate my pants to charity.

The worst company I have dealt with, extremely poor quality and sizing issues.i purchased 5 bras using THEIR sizing chart and both the band size and especially the cup size are made for a doll, NOT a human. Order was shipped from Illinois yet they refused to allow return to anywhere but Vietnam at a cost of 39.USD. I had 4-5 email exchanges and they refused to allow the return to the point of origin. Extremely frustrating to see items on website and be sent an inferior and different product. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

There’s no way to return items or get a refund without paying just to speak to someone about the issue. I received the wrong size for three pairs of pants; it is a total rip-off and scam!

this is the first time and the last time I would order from this "company". I can't even get back on the website to request a return. What do I do now!
My computer is not letting me open website , it is blocked> Why is that????

I order 17 pair of pants in October but when they came they were not what I orderd. I ordered dem but they are silky and poorly made. I tried to talk and send them back but they will not respond. Please think twice before you order anything from this company. They take your hard earned money and give you junk. They are a scam.

I ordered three bras in September. In November they told me they were delivered to me. Have no idea how or where or when for sure it's supposedly was delivered. I never received them. Try to get a refund of my money was impossible I am still fighting to get my $42 back that they have stolen from me by not delivering what I ordered and paid for. I've been going round and round with them now since October. And have gotten nowhere. I was notified by Facebook that this was a scam. Do not deal with these people!

STAY AWAY!! If I could give no stars that would not be enough to explain the hell I have been going through trying to get a refund. The "Stretch Active" pants they advertise ARE NOT Stretch Active pants. They have no stretch at all and are not even the same material. Their website claims to give you a refund, but they only offer 10% of the purchase price.

Product very poor quality, seams not sewed .They are not at all as advertised. I have been on my computer trying to return for the last 6 days and unable to reach anyone. I suppose they do this to make sure you can't return.. They are such poor quality they really can't be rated.

Ordered 3 pairs of women's Nallywear pants as seen on Facebook. The seams are coming apart and the size is completely wrong. Ordered an XXX large and received an XX. These are made of the poorest quality material, wrong size and cheapest way they could find. I am unable to access their site - comes back as a "dangerous" site and not to continue. I will be contacting my credit card company to resolve this issue.

I really would not give it a 1 star if it wasn’t required. Terrible product quality and size not accurate. I bought the pants.

I ordered 3 pair of these pants. I did receive them but they were too small. I have tried to find a phone # to ck on how to exchange. I am unable to find any where to either write or telephone about this. I have tried numerous times to find something on their site and even that was next to impossible. This page is the only page that will come up. Please respond. Judy Wood

Less than 1 if I could. I notified them as soon as I opened them and attempted to try them on. There was no stretch at all, and they were sewed lopsided. After a couple more attempts to get an answer, I was instructed to take photos of pants with size bag and logo, address where delivered, only comment I got they received, and they would refund 15%, I sent back I wanted full refund…I would send back..What to do now????

The size was wrong, poor quality of fabric, problems with customer service. Said to send pictures, impossible to send pictures to customer service. Do not buy from nally wear

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I wish i read this before. I ordered 2 stretch pants for older women and as the previous reviews said, they didn't fit at all. When I emailed the company (only way to reach them) they said to take pics and email to them. I finally did with a note saying you make this difficult. Just not true to size. They offered me 10% back or a reorder. HORRIBLE.

No phone number. No address. Only way to correspond is email and it takes forever. Items not what they advertise to be. Horrible to make return.

I placed an order 10/28/25. They had advertised on facebook.. To date item not received, Company did not provide any tracking info. Numerous contacts via e-mail but not satisfied. I think this SCAM am filing with credit card for full refund.

I received my order - but NOT the same fabric as in the ad - really poor quality - when I said I wanted to return - they offered me 15% of my purchase price - when I complained - they offered me 25% - when I still said I wanted to return for full refund - they said if I returned them to Vietnam - which would be very expensive I would get my full refund - or I could keep the garbage and get 35% - Interestingly - they were shipped from CA. Their ad on Facebook is deceptive and so are the reviews You need to have a negative rating available - I would give them a -10
