They do not respond to you. I ordered 4 bras. I have not received the bras even after 4 emails nor have I received my money back. Do not use them. They are crooks

If I could give a lower rating I would. I ordered 3 specific band and cup size bras, received 2 3Xl and 1 with no label. Cups are way to small, company offers to send correct size if I pay $15 more dollars. I don’t trust them to send correct size since they already did not send correct size! Or they will refund me 10% of purchase price. After multiple emails to the company, they were up to 30% refund of purchase price and have now stopped communicating with me! Complete Scam!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 pair of women’s pants. They were too big and shiny. Awful colors!, tried to return them if you could talk to a real person. On a 42.00 purchase I got 7.49 back or if I wanted to pay shipping to return them to Vietnam, NEVER buy anything from these people?,

I ordered two pairs of pants. They arrived and are junk: cheap material, some weird size with very small waist, very long area between the legs (about knee length), and long legs. The only address on the package was a shipping company and there were no order papers or any other papers included. It says report problems within two weeks of shipping date, and I hadn't even received them by the shipping date. After reading some of the complaints about trying to return or get reimbursed, I'm writing this off as a stupid mistake of mine and I will be more careful in the future.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star, worst company I have ever dealt with. Product is shit for quality and they do not acknowledge you for returns. Piss poor business

I would not recommend them to anyone., Didn't recieve my order but my credit card was charged the same day! A month later can't reach them, can't get phone number, they make it impossible! I e-mailed the help people, no help at all cause high volume of customer service! I am done! They are scamming people! I am a senior citizen on a limited income and this hurts in more ways than one!

I finally ordered an online product, how disappointed I am. My old bras hold up my boobs 100% better than these flimsy things. Material is bad, NO SHAPE to hold up.
Why advertise a how great these are, shame in you.
But shame on me for not reading the reviews. Back to in-store shopping. Never again will I shop on line.

Ordered 2/20 received 3/7 shipping came from out of country and went through 12 stops before getting to my state. Once received opened immediately and tried on. Not same as advertised. I ordered 42ddd the pictures shown before are what my results were the cups were way too small and too close together this did not lift as advertised and had skin from under armpits, back and spillage from not being correct size absolutely no support and yes ordered correct sizing. Pictures do not reflect item received and how promoted. I don’t recommend ordering from them unless you want to waste your money and their return policy is 30 days from order date otherwise you can only exchange for another item. Showed other people and they tried on as well same outcomes no lift or support cup size way off and not as advertised please don’t waste your time and money on this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of the Jean type pants, made for older women. I was really looking forward to getting them. They finally arrived and they were way too small I had gone by their size chart. I contacted them twice about returning them. I heard from them and they wanted me to send pictures of the shipping label and of the pants themselves. What the heck? Why couldn't they just give me the address to send them back. I finally thought this is ridiculous and read some other reviews. I saw where many other people had bad reviews about them. I figured that it wasn't going to do me any good to continue to try and send them back. I chalked it up to bad business and it was my mistake to believe that they were a good business. You never know who you are dealing with online. Shame on them for ripping people off. I advise anyone that is thinking of buying from to NOT DO IT!

Ordered pants, size was way off, color on one of the pairs was way off. Also look to be cheaply made. Took quite some time to even get my order and when I contacted them regarding a return, so far I've had to make four attempts. Still not have been contacted about my return. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered 40 D and it was too big so my daughter got it but others have reviewed and they've been bad so yeah I won't buy from them again

Received wrong size pants. Tag on bag is what I ordered. Tag on pants is not. They're a nice fabric, but there's no way I can get them over my hips. For some reason I am unable to contact via email. I don't know if its because I have a Mac. I called the phone number for them and I was told my order # doesn't match their order #'s and that they couldn't find my name. Sounds like they are from India. My credit card was charge by Shopiad* Nallywear.com (not Shopaid). Will try using Shopiad as the email address. I'm betting I can kiss my money away after reading other reviews.

The pants are not as advertised. I ordered a size 12 I was shipped a size 5. I sent 2 requests for a refund and was told I would be contacted between 24-48 hours.
Both requests for a return label and refund have been ignored.

Ordered a Khaki colored support bra in early January 2026. I thought I would get it by an event towards the end of the month. The package was in limbo shipping outside of the country. If I knew it was coming from outside the country, I wouldn’t have ordered it. But they do not specify that on the website. I told them I no longer needed the item and requested a refund. They told me because I already placed the order and that I would need to wait for the shipping process to be complete. After a few more weeks, I then asked them where my package was. They said there wasn’t error and they were placing another order to replace it. I told him I didn’t want another order to replace it. I just want my money back. They said they couldn’t do that. I got the package today. It isn’t even a brown bra. It’s a bright red bra. It’s not even the bra style that I ordered. My advice is not to order from this company. But if you do, and you have problems with your order and don’t receive it, file a dispute with your card company.

Customer service is a joke. I contacted them for return within 20 days policy is within 30 days for full refund. They offered me 15% keep item or exchange and I pay fee to return. Takes many attempts to get refund and still waiting.
DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a bra, received item and it was not correct size I ordered at all, reached out for refund, was finally responded back to weeks later saying send pics, I sent pics clearly showing it's not correct size, was told resend pics email must have been lost, so I resent pics another week an half an get a response saying they have 2 options to help me they can send proper size an I pay $4.99 or I keep item an they send me 10% of what I paid. Absolutely not sending another dime, and not accepting 10% either . This company is a fraud an scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. SIZES INACCURATE, AN QUALITY IS HORRIBLE.

I purchased a bra on Jan 13,2026 it is Feb.2,2026 and still haven’t received my package it says when I tried tracking it says ups can’t locate package because the tracking number started with different numbers but this is the tracking number they gave me! So on the website it states it couldn’t deliver and was sent back to sender! Like you have my phone number there’s no way to contact me!! I will never purchase here again! I’ve found out that it said there was an error the post office couldn’t deliver I needed to contact my post office. When I did it was a perishable item and was destroyed! First of all it wasn’t and WHO does this?! So I asked for my money refunded they said the company will be out until the end of the month! Oh how convenient that is! It’s been past a month and I’m so over this company! I just want my money back! I will never ever purchase from this company I think I was scammed. Done biz from here!
