Excellent service great advice when choosing wines.
In the Ten years plus that we have been using Naked we have only had a couple of wines we haven’t liked and then naked were true to their promise and gave us a free replacement.
What’s not to like about that?

Your company is very relaxed (no heavy selling) also a very good selection of wines.
Delivery always prompt and well packed.
I also like the "special offers" each month

I like the approach, where you are connected with the winemaker, when you say you like it or otherwise they often respond.
The subscription service is good too, you pay in so much each month and then use that money to buy your wines. Its always best to buy by the case, 1 per month, that way it is free delivery and you get 1 or 2 bottles free.
Never miss out is good too, if you like a particular wine you can subscribe to it, when the new vintage hits the shelves, they send you a reminder. I have 6 put into a basket which I can then top up with other wines to 12 to get the freebie and free delivery. if you don't want them, just cancel it. Or you can cancel the min 6 and then just add as many as you want to a regular basket.
I have found the help line ladies very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, deliveries mostly spot on as well. Occasional hiccups, but well managed overall.

Consistently good quality wines with great service and communication

Naked wine is helpful, and mostly to the point with short messages, sometimes cryptic, to remind you e.g. You've left something behind, or, Still thinking about it? This is not to say that I'm forgetful, maybe I'm just multi-tasking at the time, checking ingredients in my store cupboard, menu planning or sending invites. It may be that just at that moment the time was right to open my next bottle of Naked wine.

No problems with NW - great selection and advice, swift delivery and any (rare) issues are quickly sorted. one of my three 100% trusted suppliers!

Apart from there being a huge range of wines at very good prices especially with angels discount , the advice and recommendations judging by your past shopping is great giving you confidence to try new wines that you probably wouldn’t have done . You get a free bottle each month and staff are always there to help . Delivery has always been reliable . Only negative ! I have occasional left a message asking a question with the reply being ‘we will get back to you , which hasn’t happened . However if you ring and speak to a person they are always more than helpful .

In terms of how they deal with the clients I can't fault them at all, overall a great experience. As quality of the wines, again, a great experience. Most of the times we love the wines and after few good years with them we really are a fan of Naked.

The only star missing is just because of yearly price increase. I know everything around us is more expensive, I understand that, but the bottles are becoming more and more expensive and I'm starting to look to competitors now.

I have been an 'angel' with Naked Wines for 14 years now and in that time I have enjoyed many really fantastic wines at very reasonable prices. Ordering is easy, and the wines arrive very quickly. I can honestly highly recommend Naked Wines.

I have been a Naked Wines Angel for years now. The wines are excellent and of course we all have our favourites. I love seeing which new wines are in my box of 12 as gifts.
