I CANT think there's anything better. I love this product ,and ive tried most of everything. My concern were answered quickly, and the results were right on. Love ALL the colors, dips and powders. Take a few practices to get the results you want, but it's fun trying different ideas. Don't be afraid to try them, it's so worth the $.

Quick response to a wrong item being shipped. Sent the correct one the very next day and even let me keep the mistakenly sent item! Great customer service!!!

My first initial kit was great. I loved the set and the product was easy to use. I recently order 142.00 worth of supplies and another order waiting to be sent out that I have now cancelled. The reason that I am dissatisfied is that it has taken 18 days for me to receive the product. I ordered in on 10/13/2025 today is 11/26/25, I received an email talking about shipping issues and to expect a new tracking number that was 3 days ago. I have tried to contact them and to no avail I have not been able to outside of emailing them. I have not received any satisfaction. Basically, I want my money back. It is a lot of money to waste with customer service not speaking to me. VERY disappointed. 1 start is to much.

I was looking for a product I could use at home to do my nails that would last. So far I’m so happy. The dip powder is so easy to apply. It looks so good.

I reached out to customer service because one of the colors I received just didn’t look like the pictures or as desired. They answered so quickly and offered me another color.

I am so impressed with this company.

I placed 100+ order. I got half of the order. I reached out to customer service and they said they would check the rest of my order. I was told they would ship the additional items. Waited a week no response. I reached out to customer service again and they again said they would send out missing items. I waited two weeks to get the other half my order. I get it sometimes things happen. Verbally responsive CS dept.
I didn’t realize the removal kit is separate. So I ordered the removal kit. Maybe an “all you need to apply and remove kit” would be beneficial for customers.
I got notified yesterday that the removal kit is delayed. Not sure where the product ships from. Seems to be a logistical problem.
Be sure to order a removal kit before dipping. I think with a bit of practice they will look good. There is a learning curve.

I love this kit. Eventhough I have to still get extra materials for a perfect finishing touches... I never done nails before and those tutorials are really easy to follow. It also allows me to bond with my daughter! Amazing product!! I wish I can show you pictures

I received products from your company last Christmas and I have been very pleased with them. I decided to order some more fun dips on 10/9/25 for the new "Fall" collection.

I am completely dissatisfied and am NEVER ordering from this company again! I ordered a few items on October 8th and still haven't received them!! 😡

It works great. It took me 1 set to understand how it works and I alive taking the time to perfect my nails myself.

I would like to start with saying I've purchased from nailboo quiet a few times and if there was an issue, it was resolved very quickly. However, this is not the case for my recent order.

I placed an order on 10/9/2025 and half of my order arrived with no issues. It is now 11/14/2025 and I am still waiting for the second half (rebel romance collection) to arrive. They created the shipping label on 10/23/2025 (marked as fulfilled) but the tracking w/ USPS has not moved.

I've emailed them multiple times and they indicated that there was an ongoing shipping issue where usps is not picking up (Texas, 75243) the order. They were not able to provide any resolution or estimated date. At this point, they should have figured out an alternative way to get this product to their consumer.

This has left a bad taste in my mouth since I've been a loyal customer. I still want to receive my purchase but this is giving me pause about purchasing from them in the future. Buyers beware!
