I ordered nails from this company in October 2024 but never received it. They refused to provide proof of a refund and blocked me for exposing them. Highly unprofessional!

Fraud and a lie.
Do not buy from this buisness.
No communication and no product.
Since I purchased months ago no contact and yet to even recieve nails.

This “business owner” is not professional at all. Rather rude actually. She clearly cannot take criticism well. Plus my order arrived late, and my nails kept falling off on my wedding, despite even using a hairdryer to warm up the glue tabs so they’d stick on better. The nails ain’t even the same as the ones in the pictures. I’ve learnt my lesson not to buy from here again.

Be careful!!! This is a scam. Ordered three months ago and received nothing. They just steal your money and provide nothing.

Scam. Ordered and never received

Didn’t receive my package for more than a week. When I finally got it today, the delivery man said I had to pay 32 aed for shipping when I already paid shipping when I bought the nails. It isn’t worth it. And they don’t respond to any of your emails or dms even when stating they will.

Listen to the reviews! I did not receive my order. I messaged through email and instagram and no response. It's been over 2 months! Block and report instagram page!

They sent shein nails! they didnt even bother taking the shein barcode off the item or repackaging it. Completely misleading and a total waste of money as you're paying 10x the price for no reason.

I'm so glad I read these reviews. I nearly purchased some items from their site. There is a headline on their website page saying, "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UK ORDERS, NO MINIMUM SPEND - ALWAYS." Elsewhere it says, "All deliveries are free (yes, free!) with no minimum spend. This includes both UK and international orders." Both statements appear to be false. At checkout, you have to select a shipping fee, which is either the £2.99 option (looks like standard shipping) or the express one. No free shipping. I sent the company a message on Instagram to enquire about this but no response. I saw these reviews and decided not to continue the purchase. It looks like this business does not have integrity and I wouldn't waste my money.

The whole reason I bought these in the first place was their motto of having adhesive tabs on the nails, which would allow for easy removal for wudu, etc. So you can imagine my surprise when they turn up at my house with a standard nail glue applicator. Not only that but the design of the nails looks nothing like what I ordered online. The ones sent to me have hearts on them which I did not even select. The quality is also ridiculous, it stated Made in China on the box which shows it’s just a generic product they sent out.
Waste of money!

They claim that nail glue is damaging to the nails and hence why they send adhesive nail pads and yet I received a set of nails with nail glue!!! Extremely unhappy as I had ordered from nailbea because I wanted adhesive pads for prayer purposes. For a company that criticises nail glue as damaging for nails and then to be a hypocrite and send nail glue with the set of nails!

I wish I had looked at the trustpilot reciews before ordering. Terrible customer service. They never responded to any of my emails and I never received my order. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Rubbish shop....don't waste your money girls!

This company sells identical nails which is sold in Shein and Temu.

I have a identical nail set from both shops. The adhesive tabs are the same.

Misleading and very cheap quality.

Ordered a set to The Netherlands back in April. They never arrived. Had to reach out through Instagram. Code a code for a free set of the same value and I choose to pay additional for express shipping. After a week they answered with a receipt of postage.... standard shipping! After that error they offered a full refund of the first order and the second order express shipping costs, that has been 3 weeks ago, they absolutely refuse to answer. DO NOT FALL FOR IT LADIES!

Extremely poor service, I placed an order on April 17 to UAE. It is June 19th almost and the product has not been delivered. Order number 8757.
Enquired on May 6th and then patiently kept asking but they hardly respond. When I got pissed and wrote that I will spam your website, she/he is demanding for apology and big essays on emotions. I'm least bothered all I need is my order to be delivered. She conveniently replied as "All I care is that the order was shipped from here and done".
Do not waste your money on this piece of plastic.

I made an order to India, it was supposed to be free of custom duty. When it arrived I was asked to pay customs and I paid on the promise of a refund. They said and I quote, If I return they are not sure if the product will reach them, so they will refund me the customs amount. The custom duty was the same as the purchase order. So at this point I have paid double the amount. After I got the product there is no support from nailbea. No refund, no invoice, no response. I will never recommend.

Really disappointed with this product! Very very cheap quality for the price you pay. As soon as I seen the sticker across the back of the box saying 'Made in China' I searched and found the exact same items for sale on Shein for a fraction of the price!!! Really disappointed and the company doesn't accept returns unless the product is faulty/ damaged. Really disappointed. I would not recommend this company. Sorry
Avoid at all cost!!!!

States 7-10 days shipping and I never got confirmation of the order being posted. I messaged the company via Instagram as they didn't respond to my initial email and they were incredibly condescending and essentially implied that I hadn't read their terms and conditions and there were no issues with dispatch. They then sent me an arrogant screenshot of their shipping details and they put the wrong address. Absolutely avoid!
