Ordered for a second time (end of Sept) - website says they deliver in 5-7 business days. Waited over 14 business days to contact them. Emailed - no response. DM sent twice on Instagram - no response. All the while they were doing lives and posting multiple times daily about their amazing nails so deliberately choosing not to respond.

4 weeks later, I joined their lives and they’d kick me out - happened multiple times over a few days. I finally pasted a comment in their live asking very politely where my order was and can they respond to my DMs. They kicked me out and blocked me instantly.

I had to wait for 14 days to dispute the payment with my bank (grace time for them to resolve the issue). Miraculously on the 14th day, the order arrived. Stamp mark indicates they posted it the day after they kicked me out of their livestream..

5 weeks later I’ve got the nails. I agree with other reviewers re quality of nails - few sizes, not enough to be honest. Enough tabs for one use.

Previously ordered in July for a holiday. Complained as delivery hasn’t arrived weeks later. Lady on dms was apologetic and said it had been posted - maybe issues with Royal Mail or given to neighbour. It arrived 6 weeks after ordering. I let it slide thinking it was Royal Mail’s fault. Unable to use on holiday. It seems they only post it out once you complain multiple times.

Not worth the hassle and stress. Don’t bother!

Products not as listed on the site, really poor customer service with no attempts at politeness or help. Really disappointing communication and they do not honour their policy at all. They do not respond to emails and whoever monitors their social media inboxes is unhelpful and rude. Not worth the headache.

Items not received, no response, I've even paid extra for fast delivery, so disappointed

Never received my order. I gladly used paypal and uploaded all my proof which got my transaction cancalled. But they didn't reply on any customer nor did they explain what happened to the order 6 weeks later. Be carefull!

What a scam! I have an order that I reported missing in April 2025. Every single time I have sent them a complaint or asked for the status of my order, they tell me that they will have to ask the director, that the package has been lost again, and so on.

They lie. They do not refund the money. They do not reply. Run!

I had ordered from this company a while ago. In the beginning of January, I placed my order of €30 and paid it with Klarna. February, I still didn't receive anything and I had emailed multiple times without receiving any answers about my order. Then I decided to email them that I wanted to get a refund but this didn't happen, no answer again so I said I would file a complaint to them at Klarna so I did. Klarna notified them about my complaint and then suddenly I didn't have to pay anymore and also never received an order. This is a fake business and a scamming business. Be careful where you order!!!!

It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and a week since I chased it up and still nothing. Very disappointed and will now have to go through my bank to get my money back.

Well I got scammed. I put in an order for 40 euro but they only sent one part of it which wasn’t even the right thing. I had contacted them and they said:

Hey lovely after looking into your order I’m so sorry the gold foil bea nails are incorrect. We can get them replaced however it does mean you would need to place an order on the site so we have. A paper trail of your order coming through. And we can get these sent to you. You can use a discount code “”” discount these to £0 but unfortunately shipping is not included in this xx

I can also confirm the sale bundle nails will be coming separately as they are being shipped from a different warehouse 💕

This was in july. I messaged again at the end of August and never got a reply or the missing nails… after reading the reviews I wasn’t going to spend any more money

Placed an order on 23/08 have still not received my order. Chased several times and received no response at all. Truly disappointed. Please stay away and do not purchase from this site.

The nails are cheap and see through, I didn’t even get sent half my order and when confronted them they made up a lie and said they were out of stock and thats why they weren't sent…then said they are back in stock and had sent them months later I still haven’t received them

0000 stars. Please please do not order from here whatever you do!!!!! Ordered a set of nails with express shipping nearly 3 weeks ago. They have not arrived. The business does not reply on email and takes forever to reply on instagram. They lied and told me that the nails were out of the stock and thats why there's been a delay- despite me having received an email a few days after the order to say it had been shipped. They have continued to lie throughout. They are rude and horrible on messages. They are refusing to offer me a refund and only offering a gift voucher- why on earth would i want anything more from this website? It's shocking they can't even offer a refund. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying. Waste of £15. It's very very disappointing they are promoting themselves as a muslim business.

I placed an order in June 2025, but to date—now already July 2025—I have yet to receive the item. I’ve also reached out to customer service via email but received no response. At this point, I might as well purchase from Shopee, where at least I know I’ll actually receive my order. It’s truly disappointing—Nailbea Nails may excel in marketing, but the delivery and customer service are severely lacking.

They dont even send you the item and if they do they send some cheap shein replacement and not even the full order. The customer service is bad, they take forever to read your message and sometimes dont even respond and make up excuses for why the item hasn't arrived. Scammers to be honest.

I saw someone said if they could have left a review of zero they would have, couldn’t agree more.
After a month and a half of waiting the parcel still didn’t arrive. They can’t tell me when it will arrive. The costumer service has been less than helpful, and after talking to them multiple times no help or solution was given.
paid 23 dollar for nothing.
Halal company it is not. They should be closed.

I bought from Nailbea before it has been fine but the second time I ordered i bought 2 hand french manicure nail sets and they were 2 different designs
completely different, i wanted to gift them to my sister but couldnt as they were different to the pictures on the website
i contact nailbea via instagram and they ssid they would issue a refund, its been 3 months!! They are now ignoring me so ive take it up with my bank…
Its not a very good business acumen to ignore customers Nailbea, sort yourself out

Never received my order after over a month despite paying extra for shipping. They never sent proof that it was shipped, despite me asking multiple times. Had to get my bank involved and reported the company for fraud. Such a shame considering they are supposed to be a “halal” company, but then go ahead to engage in fraudulent activity.

If I could give a 0 I would!! Appalling business. I ordered on 03/04/25 and I paid £45 including express shipping. I have still not received my order. I have dm'd them on Instagram, tiktok and on their videos, no reply. They delete the comments and I have also emailed them with no reply. They continue to post content on on their stories saying they have 'extra stock' so people should DM to order. It is a scam and they are fraudsters. Please do not order from this business. They are also letting off to be a Muslim brand - shocking behaviour. I have disputed with my bank for a refund!!!

If I could a one star review I would. I ordered from here and they took forever, the owner was initially very apologetic and eventually they came. Once they did, literally looked awful and nothing like what I had ordered. I got in contact and asked if I could get a refund as it was not what I had ordered. Didn’t even respond. This seller literally is all over tiktok, commenting on so many people’s vids but in reality literally awful. Stay away folks.

I have ordered on 8 February. My shipment has not even left. When I write to their different emails and on their tiktok. They ignore me and even remove many comments. But they do reply to others.
Other people have also complained about not receiving orders or even the wrong orders.
I've ordered 4 sets and recieved nothing.

Do not buy here. They should be ashamed. Scamming even during the month of Ramadan. La hawla wa la quwata Illah Billah

Please do not order from this scammer. I ordered 3 products which on their website stated would be delivered within 7-10 business days within UK. Rather, she/they decided to dispatch the item 10 business days after purchasing and then kept referring back to their website about delays when I questioned where my order was 16 business days of not receiving It. After 20 days of purchasing I got only 1 set of nails in the post and nothing else. I am yet to receive a response about where the rest of my products are that I have already been charged for!
