I recently set up a solo 401k and IRA with Nabers, and so far their customer service has been amazing! They have tons of resources available to help make the best decisions for tax savings, a great community to ask questions, and weekly online videos covering all the necessary topics. I highly recommend Nabers!

Communication good- Execution needs work

Marketing and support are good. Online webpage messaging is excellent. However improvement opportunities exist with slow “ white glove” services. A 3 to 5 day set up for Gemini account was advertised. Misplacing customers sign up data then asking for client to resubmit days later is not a good reason to take 2 weeks. Consern on delay leads to consern on solo401k regulatory compliance risk.

Our crypto partner (Gemini) was backlogged over the Thanksgiving weekend (when you applied) and unfortunately, we don't control how quickly they can push applications through compliance review. However, we are in touch with their team daily to ensure your crypto trading account is opened as soon as possible. Glad to hear the Solo 401k is working well and we'll keep improving our partner relationships to make things even smoother for you.

I wanted to rollover my pension into…

I wanted to rollover my pension into self directed retirement account. I heard Nabers was a good company to do it through. I did my research on them and a couple of others. Their service seem to fit what I wanted to do the best. The service was quick and easy at a good price. I am fully satisfied so far. Excellent service

Very happy deciding to engage with Nabers Group as a trusted partner

I have been very impressed working with Nabers Group to establish a new 401k plan. This is the first time I am navigating the process as a business owner and have been extremely happy with how well they have guided me through it. They have excellent information on their website, have been very responsive to any questions I've had and very efficient in processing the paperwork on their end. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST! So pleasant to deal with! I have been speaking to them for over a month now. Ilana answers every question (even when I ask it 3 times!) with a smile. Their webinars are always informative. I fully recommend this company to anyone looking for a solo 401k! THANK YOU!!

Nabers Group is one of the best teams…

Nabers Group is one of the best teams we have aligned with for financial information training and application! They first helped me setup a Solo401k for my small part-time business almost 10 years ago. It has been quite a ride! Jeff presents information in such a format where we can all understand. Rachel is an excellent listener and presenter as well.

If you experienced a longer response time, it may have been with another company. Our records indicate that, before you signed up with Nabers Group, you bought a course from another company in which our CEO was a teacher. That separate company is under completely different ownership and management than Nabers Group.
