My special representative ROBS account support person, Nelza Martin was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful about ROBS start up and ongoing startup questions concerns and multiple phone meetings with me and my banker and previous 401k company.

IRA Financial was a little slower to respond on emails and phone calls but outcomes speak louder than actions and the outcome was that they enabled an accelerated investment into a once in a lifetime opportunity pre-IPO investment for me and they did so with record speed, diligence and empathy. I got fiesty at times given the urgency but they kept their calm and the whole team form Jill Brenden in customer service to Shelly in transfer to Brittany in funding to Kaleb in account opening, everyone carried a high level of customer respect, empathy and bias to outcomes and I loved working with them. They've definitely earned my trust and my IRA will be with them forever!

I am trying to close the account as my investments ended up going bankrupt. They do not answer my calls or call me back, but they still know how to take the fee. They also did not have it set up correctly, and did not care as long as I paid the fees.
