Waggle temp monitor is okay. Battery life is short and app does not work at times. It is nice to check temp when it works.

It is a good product. I just wish the cell phone systems overlapped more. Found a fair number of no carrier spots on our last trip.

It seems to keep malfunctioning randomly with no changes in location/temp/cell reception/etc. No reason for it to keep stopping---not sure I can trust it. Not convinced yet that I will keep it if it can't work normally in my house before going on a trip when I NEED it for real.

It goes offline often and if you aren't near enough to reset it, you're out of luck; but when it works, it's definitely nice to have. At w/e training, it sat next to the crate in the back of the SUV or was in the hotel room and I was able to check it quite a bit.

Easy at up and works well.

We absolutely Waggle. The peace of mind when we have to leave our dog is refreshing. We just bought the camera as well and love it. Easy to use and set up. 5 stars.

It only worked for 1 day and did not work at all when I travelled to Canada.
It won't charge and I constantly got a message that it couldn't connect to the internet.

I am revising my initial one star review to 5 stars, based on the rapid response from the customer service team and their actions to go above and beyond to 1) “make the customer happy,” 2) “do right by the customer,” and 3) “stand behind their product.” After seeing my frustration the Waggle team reached out and made every effort to smoothly and conveniently address all of my concerns. I really appreciate that everyone involved made it effortless on my side. Thank you.

So far this works great for pur RV

Temperature device has bad reliability. Loses connection often which is scary when your pets life may depend on it. he camera is not function friendly. And has too much lag in commands.

unit keeps disconnecting from the wifi when my wifi never goes out

I like the ease and operability of the waggle. What I don't like is the lack of various subscriptions. You either do a year or six months. I would pay a more costly per month fee to not have a six month commitment with a fee that high.

Love my waggle. Not thrilled with camera. It won’t connect to the tv park WiFi that has a password.

This thing has been a lifesaver in more ways than one.

Using the cords provided the unit takes hours and hours to charge. Unfortunately, once off the charger and using it on battery, it only has power for a few hours. Even when you only have one notification on. When I emailed the company to ask if it was a faulty unit I was given some rote scripted answer. Very unhappy

Should be able to work when roaming outside of a Verizon area.

Received a new device that has global capabilities so when we are out of Verizon area it will work on AT&T and T-Mobile. Very good customer service. Now I give it 5 stars.

Bought the Waggle and the camera. Dissapointed that the camera dosen't run through the Waggle monitor. You have to have a separate Wifi running in the RV for the camera to work.

I received it and was outraged by the monthly fee they charge, it is NOT 0.50 cents a day. The monthly fee is double that. It also was having a hard time connecting to my phone. Overall I was not impressed.
I decided to return it and the camera, BEWARE the restocking fee is $10 per item and $6 for the return label.
