Last time when I ordered product they sent me damaged and missing product and then shipped me the same product without asking if I was even at the same address or not I has to use rubbaer band and normal spoon for intake like if I bought it from a kirana store

The order was not delivered even 15 days after placing it, despite the website displaying a ‘6-7 day delivery’ message. Infinitely increasing delivery timelines from the unscrupulous delivery partner used by this company.
After repeated follow-ups, was informed that my order is ‘lost in transit’, following which the refund has yet to come through.
Overall horrible company with unethical and unscrupulous business practices, deserves to be taken to court for misleading marketing claims, fraud, and possible embezzlement of customers.
