Monthly limit should be £5000 the daily limit should be £500-£1000
Its a realy Great CARD and an online bank, I have only one big issue whit my CARD, the problem is the monthly ATM limit is £865 and that and thats really Low it could be atleast £5000
And alsó do daily limit which is £185
It could be atlewst £500-£1000 but other then that I havent got an issue whit it🙂

Le service est agréable sauf que on est souvent buté à un problème qui se repète chaque fois je ne sais pourquoi et pourtant c'est aussi à l'avantage de mypocket et ce problème est celui de recharge par coupon qu'il bloque chaque fois et on a du mal à rechargé le compte

Nous sommes sincèrement navrés d'apprendre la situation à laquelle vous avez été confronté, nous comprenons à quel point les problèmes d'ordres financiers sont importants pour nos utilisateurs et nous les traitons avec le plus haut niveau d'attention pour répondre à vos attentes.
Conformément à la réglementation bancaire européenne, il se peut que selon les cas, notre banque de tutelle effectue une vérification de routine. Quand celui-ci demande une vérification complémentaire de la part des autorités bancaires, le compte peut être temporairement bloqué durant ce délai.
Nous tenions toutefois à vous préciser que nous répondons à chaque mail, de plus si de l'argent était présent sur le compte l'intégralité de la somme vous sera bien entendu rendu en suivant les procédures indiquées.
