The gentleman who came to take my greyhound was lovely. He did get out of the van with a green bag and I asked if he could take him in the dressing gown he was covered in and also if he could take his favourite toy. He apologised for the green bag and let my son help him carry Toby to the van. He was really polite and understood how important he was to a family who was grieving a family pet. I called MyPetFarewell early in the morning and they got to me within 2 hours due to distanse. Great service ! I will recommend them.

Really good service during a difficult time. It was a Sunday and same day was available. A delay in the timing meant a longer wait than anticipated. Lovely people doing a very difficult job.

Fantastic service
From the devastating moment I lost my baby this company came to my aid!
They collected her within a few hours, brought a lovely box to put her in.
The guy that picked her up was very friendly and respectful.
I now have my baby back a week later in her personalised casket.
Even when I had questions the communication was brilliant.
At such an awful time feeling like she was looked after really made a difference. I would highly recommend my pet farewell. Thank you

The booking was smooth and I knew what to expect up to the time of collection. Delivery has been rocky and I have not been able to collect my pets ashes from the postal service yet. Sharing the tracking number with the confirmation of the delivery would have been useful to avoid missing the delivery.

Compassionate and fast service for my beloved cat. I sent the message around 8pm by 10pm they were at home, picking my cat up, and helping me determine costs too. A week or so later, the ansges were returned directly to my asdress. Amazing service, thank you.
