Great customer service from Naila.....

The service is good, however there is no text or call update by the driver and we have to call them to find out where the driver is, which is a pain, especially if you are freshly mourning a beloved pet.

On a plus note, the young lady on the phone, Nailah was very polite and empathetic, and is a credit to the team! Thanks again!!

Above and Beyond in Every Way

I cannot say enough wonderful things about mypetfarewell. After having my Jinky for 18 beautiful years, saying goodbye was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. During such an emotional time, they were truly incredible.

From the very first interaction, they treated Jinky, and our family with such genuine compassion and respect.

Their kindness gave me comfort when I needed it most. They handled everything with such care and dignity, and it meant the world to know my sweet boy was in gentle hands.

I am so grateful for the support and tenderness mypetfarewell showed us. I will never forget the love and care they took with my Jinky.

Thank you for making such a painful goodbye a little softer.

Not happy with dog transport

was happy with everything else, but there was one part that really didn’t sit right with me. The driver come to collect my dog and was supposed to take my dog straight to the crematorium, but he done another pick up And something else on the way which meant he ended up dropping her out of hours I really wasn’t happy with that service as it was strictly meant to pick up my pet and take her straight there not do other stuff on the way this is the biggest issue I have. he also turned up in an enterprise van and I found the whole put in my dog in a bag and carrying her out of my home by the handles by doing that would’ve made her fold in on herself which was also very not nice to see as she was a big dog very traumatising. Other than the driver not doing what should’ve been done by taking her straight to the crematorium and doing other pick ups or whatever he was doing the staff over the phone was very helpful

We would like to clarify a few points. Our collections are carried out with dignity and care, and pets are not harmed or mishandled during transport. The use of a specialist transport bag is standard practice across the industry and is designed to support larger pets safely and respectfully.

On the day of collection, our driver experienced an unexpected vehicle breakdown, and a temporary replacement vehicle was arranged immediately through Enterprise to ensure there was no delay in collecting her. This was entirely in Xena's best interest and was explained to you when you asked.

Collections are carried out as part of planned routes and pets are always taken securely to the crematorium. Xena was taken to the crematorium and processed the following morning. The “out of hours” reference relates to the crematorium’s office hours only, not the facility itself, which remains operational for us 24/7 for pet drop-offs. This was also explained to you.

Our team remained in close contact with you throughout and fast-tracked the return of Xena’s ashes at no extra cost, as part of our commitment to supporting you during this time.

We’re pleased to hear our office staff were helpful and appreciate you raising your concerns, which we have noted carefully.

My baby boy Brando

They came within 2 hours of my beloved pet Brando passing. Dealt with a lot of compassion and care.

Prompt with replies, and informing me of when my boy would be cremated.

He came home beautifully presented. Sat by his favourite window watching the world.

Great reliable service

We are truly sorry for your loss and we recognise how difficult and emotional this time is for any family.

Regarding the collection, our driver arrived approximately 1 hour later than the original estimated time due to factors outside of their control. Throughout this period, we remained in contact and provided an updated ETA so you were fully informed.

The return of ashes was not delayed. They were returned within our 5–7 working day timeframe, which was explained in advance and confirmed again via email. This timeframe was met in full, even over the Christmas and New Year period.

We must also address a matter of serious concern that was reported back to us. During the collection, our staff member was subjected to racist and discriminatory remarks. Our team carry out their duties with compassion, professionalism and respect during extremely sensitive moments. My Pet Farewell has zero tolerance for racism or abuse.

We remain committed to providing dignified, transparent and respectful care for pets and their families, and we take feedback seriously where it is accurate and fair.

Our 5 year old rabbits were taken from…

Our 5 year old rabbits were taken from us by a fox. It was a massive shock to us all and we were obviously devastated. I enquired to a few local places about cremation but it was My Pet Farewell who made us feel like someone else cared and could feel our grief. They were kind and compassionate from the phone conversation to when someone came to collect. I called them crying at 3am

I called them crying at 3am, they answered straight away and arranged collection for my Lex for 9-11am the same morning. The guy who came to pick my dog up was so lovely and showed us genuine compassion. From the staff member on the phone to the point of delivering the ashes back everyone I spoke to was amazing and I’m so relieved that I picked the right company to take care of my Lex. I had so many questions throughout and they responded so quickly each time. I could not recommend this company enough
