Got 1st order OK.
Needed a new top , took money and still waiting..since 6th August 2021...
Disgusting..don't answer emails or phone...
Never using them again

This is a scam, no response from emails/phone, feefo reviews look like they are imported from some American company. I would speculate - although can't confirm that its a fishing exercise as no money has been taken from my card so far, I wish I had been more careful.

Going on two months since the payment for the order was taken from my account. The order has not been dispatched and despite numerous emails to the company, I have not received a response regarding fulfilling the order or refunding the payment. Outrageous! Highly suspect to be honest!

placed an Order. paid for 3-4 working days delivery. it has been 3 days over. I did not get the parcel. emailed them asking for a tracking number. no reply. website went down. so I reported them to my bank as fraud. got my refund. two days later got an email saying, that they will look into it. basically means that if they did not provide me a tracking number, it's because they didn't even send the parcel.

On their website it says they have won an award for customer service in 2020... I ordered hoodies in November 2020 and it's now July 2021 and they have still not rectified a mistake or responded to emails. I have been asking for a mistake on the order to be sorted since December and no response for several months now. We won't be using this service again.

Appalling. Order never shipped, no response from customer service at all, useless. Actually, bordering fraud.

This company is shockingly bad. First of all my order has taken 4 weeks to arrive after choosing 7-10 day delivery. I kept getting fobbed off about delivery and whether the t-shirts had been printed. when they arrived I could have printed them better with a stensil. the quality is shockingly bad and I mean shocking. but to top it all off they didn't add all the text I have paid for. Avoid this company like the plague, unbelievably awful product and service!!!!

What is going on with them?
I used to absolutely love them but Today, simply do not use them!
My last 2 orders were terrible. Waited over 2.5 months to arrive when paid 3-4 days express delivery
My second one also express delivery and still waiting over a month now.
- poor quality printing (not responded to my complains)
- all phones are dead (asking to send them an email)
- no responding to emails (maybe once every 3-4 weeks just to inform you that they'll check your order and nothing happens for another month or so)
Giving one star only because can't give zero

Absolutely AWFUL.

fake promises,
Wrong shipping address followed up with no refund.

They still have a previous order of mine of over 4 months ago.

Avoid at all costs.

My order is perfect. Printing is crisp and looks just like what you get in highstreet shops. Also the shipping was really fast, I had my t shirts in 2 days! Will defo be using again for my next batch.

Real waste of time and money. Wish I'd read the reviews. Over 6 weeks later . still no items. Had an appology from Jennifer and a promise of a refund after multiple emails.

Anyone know of a reputable company who can deliver company logo T-shirts!?

Unfortunately I have had the same experience as all the other people. Paid £50 for personalised tops. Havent recieved and they won't answer calls or emails. I am now reporting to action fraud and my bank.

The most awful company and waste of time do not believe the fake feedo reviews. My product never arrived after endless emails with no reply and phones calls where there was never any answered. Most disgusting company do NOT EVER use!!

This company is not even worthy of 1 star. After about 4 emails, numerous phone calls.......no replies/answers, dreadful service.
I ordered a kid's hoody for a child leaving my child's class, when it FINALLY arrived (when term had finished, so I will now have to post this on)...............no hoody, just a sweatshirt. Yet another email sent to the company to ask if hood comes as a seperate package, NO ANSWER?!? The print is not of good quality so definitely not worth the money.
Thankfully for them - it was a parent collection that funded this otherwise I would be asking for my money bank. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

This joint is a SCAM, as many other people have noted here. They have no intention of delivering your product, so STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Now, my advise to all that have been scammed, as I was: dispute the charge with your bank, and that will get your money back (I got mine). Also, report them to the police, as I did, so that we can stop this.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star at this rate. 3x unanswered emails regarding the whereabouts of my order well over a month ago. I just want the clothes I have ordered for my business.
There is absolutely no satisfactory customer service here at all. No one answers their phone- which states you’ll get a quicker reply by email- however I have emailed 3 times. I want my order or my money back.
Do not order from this company. I’m sure the clothing is great.. when you actually receive it.

This company is extremely unprofessional. I waited 4 weeks for my order, when I asked for a refund they ignored my multiple emails. It’s been 2
months now and still nothing after emailing them over 10 times and calling their phone number to no avail. Avoid, they are a disappointment.

Placed an order, then nothing, no goods, no replies to several emails, not answering telephone calls, PayPal involved to recover my money. Funny how all the reviews on Feefo are positive. Avoid this dreadful company.

My daughter had a hoodie from this company with a printed logo. They printed the logo back to front!!!
They asked her to send them a photo of the garment, which she did. They are now ignoring all her emails & refusing to do anything about it. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. They are ill mannered & unreliable.
