Needed some branded apparel as self employed. Ordered and paid for express delivery (3-4 days). No items 15 days later. No response after chasing. No contact at all from company, only a remote call handler that could do nothing other than take details. DO NOT USE. YOU WILL BE LET DOWN.

Had to email as I hadn’t heard anything for a week. They got in touch quickly and it arrived soon after. Hoodie was great quality. The reviews seem very random either really good or really bad so I think it might be a bit hit and miss. But I am pleased with the product for the price.

Overpriced and appalling quality. Avoid like the plague. I just received my “premium” t-shirt for close to £30. Thin, cheap, small. Revolting.

Like many others, I've paid for clothing that was supposed to arrive and hasn't. I reached out to them via a chat out of office message and did get a response from Johnny stating the item was being sent out the next day and I would receive a tracking number. Sadly, this didn't happen and I've rang several times and left messages and got no reply. Now I've missed the intended event for the item and have no clue or idea what is going on. I will have to contact my bank next. What's the point of operating a business if you don't pick up the phone to your customers.

Ordered a basic hoodie and t-shirt with print for my business. Arrived after a few days. Quality is good, print looks as I wanted. Very pleased with it. Will only know the quality of the print's wear n tear after a couple of washes but i am very happy with it.

Ordered some hoodies and it seems like they have closed their eyes and slapped the logos on anywhere, impossible to get a reply from them regarding my useless hoodies. Avoid at all cost, wish I read reviews here before wasting my money.

I ordered 15 T shirts all different sizes and individually personilised. I received them quicker than my delivery time. All came as i ordered and right size. Really pleased with them all. Would highly recommend thanks My Personalised Clothing just what i wanted ⭐️

I tried emailing about my order to see why it was taking so long and why I haven't had any updates. I had no reply. Then I tried emailing to cancel the order. Again, no reply. Today I got an email saying a note had been added to my order. I have no idea what that means because the email didn't actually specify. This company is best avoided.

I am so confused by the below reviews, maybe I just got VERY lucky but I have had the most positive experience with this company. I placed my order prior to reading these reviews and after a few days I heard nothing and began to get concerned. Then I seen these comments and I panicked. I paid extra as I wanted this for Christmas and it was too late to order elsewhere and get it in time. So I messaged the company to check what was happening. Johnny emailed back that day and told me not to worry, its on its way. The next day I was provided with tracking and true to his word it arrived today. The print quality is actually VERY good. I worked in this market so I would know if it was a terrible job. Like I say, maybe I was just lucky, but I cannot fault this business and would certainly use again.

I placed an order for a custom hoodie on the 8/11/23 with the standard 5-day shipping. 2 weeks later and I received no updates from the company.

I had to follow up twice by email, call them, and send them a question through their web chat, before I finally got a response.

I eventually was told that it would be shipped out that same day and that I would receive a tracking number via email.

Needless to say, I never received that email. However, the hoodie was delivered.

Unfortunately, the print quality was subpar and due to a bias in the hoodie, the pocket bulged on one side, also making the print look out of place.

I reached out to the company straight away letting them know that I'd like to return the hoodie, only for them (Johnny Turner) to tell me they couldn't see a problem and that they wouldn't refund me for the faulty hoodie.

I replied going into further detail and providing photos, to which I have received no response.

I followed up twice and received not even an acknowledgment.

Pity the miminum is 1 not zero. I ordered a t-shirt and immediately after ordering realised it was the wrong size, so I emailed them both via the website and directly. No response. Tried again the next morning and also tried to phone them but no-one answers and there is a message saying that the voicemail is full and I couldnt leave a message. This is a business? More like somone in a back room running a hobby.
Anyway, needless to say I received an email saying the order had been despatched but still no reponse from them 24 hours later. I realise that it was my mistake but at the very least I would expect a company to respond to me even if to say they couldn't change the order.
Terrible customer service. Obviously not a serious business. I would recommend AVOIDING them.
UPDATE: 3 days and counting and still no answer despite the "We typically respond in under 24 hours" note on their website. Still can't contact them by phone. And the order was deapatched a day late.

Still awaiting for refund/replacement after two months!

I had ordered 3 bespoke t-shirts and one of them was perfect - but the two others were not printed correctly.

Customer service was super responsive in the beginning - then stopped answering after promising me a replacement.

Would happily have given them a better rating but they scr*wed me over...

I've ordered premium quality personalised T-shirts. Unfortunately the T-shirts are very poor quality and I'm surprised how can somebody call it premium.
I decided to wear them but even though I did follow the instructions and didn't tumble try it ,after 2 washes there are already cracks all over the printing and on some spots it's already peeling off the fabric.
After trying to contact them via chat my messages were just read but I did not receive any response.
For another attempt to contact them, I've used email hoping for more luck but to my surprise no response either.
I'm definitely taking it to small claim court and other unhappy and ignored customers I'd like to encourage to do so too.

I actually thought this company has been really good but lately something isn't right because it has been a while for my items to arrive and now I can't believe I am reading similar reviews about this company. Which is shame! After this, I will not come back to this comany again! :( Really disappointed!! I am still waiting for my item to arrive even its my small business which has a little impact because of this slow delivery process!!

Got caught out by this company. Bought £280 worth of work clothing that never arrived. After waiting two weeks I tried to e-mail and my e-Mail bounced back. Then I tried to call and it just kept ringing and eventually going to an answer machine with a full mailbox.
Naturally I SMELT A RAT! So I rang my bank immediately to arrange a chargeback. I now have 12 very upset and disappointed children who were excited waiting for their club t shirts to arrive and they never did. SHAME ON YOU

Bad customer service

Ordered my items for next day delivery and received them after a several weeks . Tried ringing the company several times and they never answered phone . Opened a claim with my bank for them to then get back to me about how my order was not delivered and would be sent to me again. They never apologised for their bad communication or service even after explaining to them I needed the T-shirts for my business launch. Very shocking in this day and age as there are several companies who can do the same or even better. T shirt quality was ok but printing was very poor. Would not advise ordering from them.

We’ll search for embroidered clothing led to this website. Designed what I wanted and ordered 4 shirts. Printed things arrived and contacted them, they said their website doesn’t offer embroidered service and that was that. Misled and won’t be using these again

Good point: Arrived in reasonable time
Bad Points:
1) Does not fit (not even close),
2) Ordered 'Fruit Of The Loom' polo shirt, what arrived was something made by 'Saxnet'
3) No responses from seller, phone numbers are not working, numerous emails go unanswered, as does the 'contact us' form and 'live chat' is never staffed.

Perhaps they have gone out of business? If not, they soon will with this level of customer service.

EDIT - Eventually had a follow up from mypersonalisedclothing who are addressing my problems with the order. Apparently there was a server issue which impacted their communications.

Ordered some uniforms for work and they were absolutely perfect. The company kept me updated throughout and the delivery was extremely fast. Couldn't be more happy. I was slightly concerned after reading so many negative reviews but from my personal experience I can say this company is fantastic, cannot fault them at all.

I never like leaving bad reviews but I have no choice to. £50 down the drain for botched t-shirts. The print is not right, they over press things and make the artwork bleed but also have gaps in solid colours which is actually baffling. For personalised items they “don’t do refunds” but will “happily take a return and refund you”. Quick to take money but don’t want it give it back. For someone who has a lot of friends in the personalised industry, you do not have to return something personalised as they cannot sell it on. Also apparently on Live Chat my thoughts are “irrelevant”. Spend your money somewhere else. Worst experience I have ever had - will be taking my experience higher as I just want my money back.
