Warning: will charge you after cancelation attempts
Avoid this service if you expect clear billing practices. I have tried to cancel my account multiple times through their official channels(they don’t event have dedicated channels for this so I could only email them), yet the company continues to find loopholes to bypass my cancellation and push unauthorized charges to my credit card. Customer support has not resolved the issue. If you sign up, be prepared to have to contact your bank directly to block their merchant access. Completely non-transparent billing behaviors.
It wasn’t clear that it would be subscription based for open ai (a free service btw) so aside from paying the hardware you’ll also be paying a subscription to them monthly for services.
When I realize that I tried to cancel my order and this whole financial triage emerged. This past month has been a nightmare trying to get all of these charges blocked and canceled.
