Tracking number seems bogus. Stuck in pre-shipping for several days. Keep asking me to order something else before I received original item. Confident I will NEVER receive this item.

I wrote a previous review, saying I never received my order. To my surprise, this co. Reached out to me to solve this issue, and in the mean time I found my order, that had been left at an incorrect location. I’d like to Thank them for reaching out, attempting to solve, but I DID eventually find it. My Noogin was great, and on top of things!

I never received my hats. They said they were delivered but they were not. I got an automated email with a tracking info from China? Business online is supposedly in Wyoming? Big fraud.

I got the same emails that others got regarding order not being completed but it was. shipping time was reasonable but product is cheap, and I'm pretty sure, I was charged more than originally thought. I could not ride with my husband on his motorcycle without the head bandana flying off, did not fit tight.

I wished I had read the reviews first! This is a cheap, cheap, product from China! Buyer beware- wayyyy overpriced and of terrible quality. Don't get scammed like I did!!!!

I made a purchase on April 18 and I've never received it I have contacted them probably 12 times just for the tracking and the phone number is not valid, I have emailed even text, even though that number is not valid, the only response I get is an automated one says that they do not have tracking information for me 'at this time' but then gave me some tracking number that when following it says 'not valid tracking #" and every time I look it up there's nothing found this company is a scam and all I want is my money back and they're refusing to do that! Contact BBB & ALL social media, law enforcement & credit card - I wish I looked at this site before I ordered, it's terrible because they advertise these and they have no idea why they need something to cover their head, what people might be going through, it's just a disgrace

After I placed 2 orders for 3 items I received an email from them stating that I need to complete my order. I already verified that my card was charged and approved. I immediately tried to cancel all orders with 6 emails over 3 days. They replied after 4 days saying that the orders were already shipped and I could not cancel or get a refund. Tracking information states that the orders are still processing and not yet shipped. The company uses unethical practices to cheat the customer.

If I can give a minus I would. Let me just start saying that I am a small business owner myself and I would never give someone bad review but this is just too much. I ordered my hat for someone to gift and I’m waiting already month for it. No communication at all this company I called they never answer a few different numbers that one of them is disconnected. I never deal with such unprofessionalism ever very sad because those hats are super cute on the website, but it’s a scam and I hope people don’t fall for it.

1st order took 3 month to received and the second order took about 2 months and was missing an item. After a
Couple months of trying to figure out what happened, turns out they did not have the missing item in stock. I selected a different item and 2 month have already gone by and haven’t heard and got anymore response when attempting to reach out. Not legitimate company.

The item comes from China. This was not disclosed when the order was placed on 2/9. It is now 2/26 and the tracking information update, per my request 3 days ago indicates "Electronic notification of order creation received" means that the seller or retailer has electronically registered your order in their system, signifying that your purchase has been placed and is now being processed, and you will likely receive further updates regarding its status via email or through their online account.
Key points about this notification:
Order is in the system: Your order details have been entered and are now accessible to the seller.
No immediate shipping: While the order is created, the package may not be shipped yet.
I asked the company for a refund. No response. The item did show up on 3/10/25 from a label showing Chicago. The product itself is soft, but the seams do not align and it is a bit wonky. I will not be ordering again from this company.

I ordered Three Hats from this company I received one did not receive the other two hats contacted customer service over six times each time I was told that I received the Hat on such and such date but in reality I only received one hat on that date when I explained this they told me they were looking in to it they provided me a tracking number that appeared to be from Asia that was on December 27th and I still have not received my order I have asked for a refund I get no response I truly recommend that you do not order for this company

Customer service is awful. You may never get your order.

Delivery took a month. I attempted to cancel the order BEFORE it shipped and was told they have a 12 HOUR cancelation policy. The quality is garbage and although I ordered and paid for three hats, I only received two. Never buy anything from this company.

SCAM ALERT: Getting the runaround on a delivery that was paid for but never came. All e-mail correspondence is placating and clearly avoiding my plea to refund my money. This is verbatim from a an ongoing e-mail thread: "Could you please check your mailbox" "Did you inquire with neighbors or family members to see if they might have collected the package on your behalf for safekeeping?" "If you have security cameras, reviewing the footage might help confirm the delivery." Thankfully it's hats and I'll take the loss & move on.

Has not shipped order, no idea when they may or may not ship it. They just tell you they will check on it. Does anyone know how to get your money back from them? Supposed to ship within 24 hours!

It has been over two months and no product. They have quit responding to my emails. Do not buy from them.

Waited forever. BS. Placating me. It left China. I finally got it. Awful quality. Small, so teeny, the other one was all stretched out! Absolute garbage. Don’t buy!! Rip off!

Sorry I can’t leave negative stars. This company is a complete fraud. Ordered a hat but shipping info stopped 6 days ago. Emailed this company at least 5 times but no response. The owners should be criminally charged and web site shut down

I have been ordering from this company for 2 years now never had any problems, I buy for husband and my 3 sons we love the outdoor bucket hat perfect for fishing day or activities outside. My sons love the beanies they have nearly all the colors between them! They wash well quality is good. The vintage cadet is my husbands current favorite style he always get compliments!
