Company is a rip off.
Items come from a sweat shop in CHINA.

I wrote a previous review wondering if I would ever get my order. After contacting PAYPAL, which contacted the seller the wheels started turning. The seller never responded to my emails. But apparently PAYPAL got in touch with them and indicated they had a bock log. Today 4-21-2026 the order was delivered. Everything was as they advertised. Next time I will be cautious and review the seller. I’m giving 2 stars because the seller indicated it was in US and never returned information. They are actually in CHINA.

I placed a order on 2-12-2026 and i have not yet got a shipping confirmation or anything. This is a bogus site!!!

Not even one star! Scam don’t waste your time or money. Been waiting a month for an order told them to just keep the money and forget it.

Sent to wrong address they claim. I don't think they ever sent it. I have emails showing the correct address. They are liars and thieves. Do not order. Anti police and military!!!! 1 star is too much for them

I would put 0, if possible. My husband ordered 2 hats. He received a confirmation email. Then 3 emails stating he had not completed checkout. He tried to contact them by phone. The call ended immediately each time he tried. WHY does our government allow us to be abused in such a fashion?

Order placed, three weeks later no update, email address listed is invalid, telephone number is perpetually busy, and on the tracking page the tracking number is "unknown." Scam. Do not use.

It is not trusted site !!!

I placed an order and after several weeks have heard nothing from the company and have had NO response to my multiple emails. When I call the customer service phone number I repeatedly get a busy signal. But I certainly am getting ALL the spam email from the company advertising their products.

Boy, I wish I looked for reviews before I made a purchase. Same thing happened to me. Bought four beanies, took two weeks to get to the US (would never had bought if I knew it was a drop-ship from China), and once it got to the US it was never delivered. Tracking says they couldn't deliver. That's bull turd. Packages get delivered to my building all day long. I sent an email and got a useless answer.

UPDATE - The beanies arrived. The company never responded to my second follow-up email, but at least I got the product. I have updated to three stars because the products are actually nicely made. The material is soft, and looks cute when wearing. Since the customer service was poor, and it takes two weeks, I recommend that if you order, be prepared to wait or possibly not receive.

If you order from this company, be prepared to not get your items that you purchased and don't expect any help from them. Absolutely zero customer service.

Took a month to get. My 2 hats were sent n a package, not a box, so they were smashed and literally stuck together. Of course they came from china. Their response was the packaging was fine. They claim its the shippers fault. Wouldn't give a refund. I paid thru PayPal so im hoping to get reimbursed through them. Such a crap company. I dont even want to give 1 star

I could t even track it for a couple of weeks then it had a weird tracking from China . I was getting the feeling I was being scammed. Sure enough I couldn't see tracking again then when I could it said it arrived. I never received it. I emailed the company 3x until I got a response saying it said it was delivered. No kidding. I still haven't received it. Don't. It from this company . I tried to email them again I want my money back & no response.

It’s basically like stealing from you..I ordered and waited for months to receive it.( I wanted it for an event which had come and gone) I told them before the product came that I didn’t want the product. I’ve been waiting too long. They said they can’t return or refund me any money until I receive the product. When I finally got the product, by the time I was able to call them a few days later,. They told me that the window for returns had closed. This place is a racket. Customer service is horrible and isn’t here for us as customers, I would never buy any product from these people ever again.

I have sent several emails requesting an update or tracking number for the order I placed on 6/21; they charged my card and keep sending me promotional emails, but have not responded to my multiple requests for a status update on when my order will be shipped; also their phone number keeps saying "user busy" when attempting to call.

This Company is not real ! It's a SCAM website... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING !!! BEWARE...YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER...

Placed order 6/16/25. Had no problem taking my money right away but I still have not received a tracking number . I have sent several e mails and not received a response. Very frustrating.

So I ordered May 16 and it’s June 4 and still not here. Didn’t realize it was coming from China. Ugh. Hope I like the products cuz this is insane.
