Bought the Highgrove Foxton 2000 Mattress (king size, says medium-firm in the description, natural fillings only, 60-day sleep trial and about 29-30cm depth). Firstly: they use a superb delivery company (AIT Home Delivery). They should start using their delivery partner as a selling point. I will legit choose a company over another if I know the delivery will keep me updated and actually stick to the delivery window. Secondly, and probably more importantly(!): brilliant mattress (so far, will update if needed). I saw almost the same one on eBay for £100 cheaper but wanted the peace of mind I could return easily if needed. I also wanted the warranty (5 years think this one is). I didn't know what medium-firm meant and was worried it wouldn't be firm enough. I'm used to sleeping on very hard, 'orthopaedic', 'plank of wood' type mattresses. I did like my last one but wished it was the slightest bit softer when laying on my side. This mattress is exactly perfect for my needs. No dip or sag anywhere, even when rolling over, i.e. it is definitely firm. But then the very top layer (just a fine, few millimetres) is soft enough that it cushions me when on my side. Hard to explain. Strong, sturdy sides/edges. Will see how it goes. Will follow all instructions regarding flipping / turning more in the beginning. It's super comfy and the exact firmness I wanted (for my needs). Great delivery experience and great mattress.

Easy to order and only about a week for delivery. Didn't think much to the delivery men.
Bit bolshy, could barely understand what they were saying and argued with me when I told them I had paid for unpacking, disposal and taking away the packaging they argued with me. I checked my order and could see I had paid for both services and they just huffed and puffed about it as if they were doing me a favour.

From choosing the mattress to delivery no problems at all ,2 nice gentlman delivered very respectful first class job .took the old mattress to.would highly recomend .snd to finish this is the next day after sleeping on it .i can tell you it was the best night sleep ever tyvm

We are now proud owners of a Harrison Spink Belvoir 6750 mattress which is the perfect level of firmness. Deeper than previous mattresses but that has added to our comfort. Highly recommend this ant the company.

Delivery was great and the delivery drivers kept me up to date with time of delivery. . The reason for a four star is that officially they stated my mattress was not in stock, but eventually replied that it was and it was an error. I appreciate the honesty but this gave me stress for a little while, as I ordered my bed base from someone else and I was going to be without a bed base for a week or so. Anyway it was delivered on time and mattress is great . So all good 😊

Silentnight: thank you, you have transformed our rest and reduced our aches and pains. Confidently report that for us, this is the best (of several) mattress we have ever used. firm support, yes, but we still "sink in" pleasurably. One back and one side sleeper, and suits us both.

Mattress topper was not in stock and will have wait, even if was showing on their web as being so. However as a caveat they did contact me by telephone straight away to explain the situation and apologised for the inconvenience.
