Great Online Shopping and very competitive pricing for a good quality mattress and free delivery from ordering the communication and tracking your delivery was great. The delivery drivers unpacked and put the mattress on the base they also for a price remove the old one. A deserved 5*

Good product, good price and delivered on time

While the courier hit a delivery delay, the team at MyNextMattress was incredible. It was clearly a delivery partner issue, but customer support was super proactive and did everything in their power to get it sorted quickly. I felt completely supported and cared for every step of the way. Best of all, the mattress itself is amazing—we absolutely love it! Highly recommend.

Ordered a bespoke dual tension king size Harrison Spinks in late May for ~£1200. Delivered with free cushions mid-July. Great price and customer service.

This company offers an exceptional experience. No bots, no bull**** but honesty, clarity, quality and decency. And the best price!
1. You can get through on the phone quickly to someone who actually knows what they are talking about.
2. I got the mattress (Hypnos) at the best price with complementary pillows (Sleepeezee) and a cotton mattress protector giving me a 60 day trial.
3. As I bought a sale mattress I got free removal of my old mattress.
4. The guys who delivered it were polite, tidy and attentive, arrived exactly on time and did everything efficiently and caused no damage or mess.

In short I cannot recommend this Company more. Oh I nearly forgot to say. The mattress is super comfy and supportive!

I have ordered a kingsize mattress from Hypnos ( Elite Support model) for my bedroom. Everything went well : fast delivery, friendly and helpful delivery persons who carried a mattress to my bedroom. Mattress was well packed. And I have got a free mattress protector as a gift. Thank you.

Greatest service experience I had for last 10 years. Just quick and easy, very professional! That type of service we are all looking for, especially when spending extra money. Firstly I got free of charge upgrade on my chosen mattress as appears my mattress was sold out... I received firm and good quality mattress, on time, that we are enjoying 2nd week so far. And secondly, my great thank you for delivery team. Very polite and super professional! Definitely recommend!

Quick delivery, the guys arrived about 30 mins early, they called 30 mins beforehand to let me know how long they were going to be, they took my old mattress off my bed as it would have been too much on my own, great service both in this sweltering heat too, Thanks, so far, super pleased aready, see how tonight goes.

Very good communication with the company. They were able to fulfil my request to make a longer than normal bed frame. The bed was in perfect condition when it was delivered. Altogether I'm very happy with the purchase.

Some good parts some not so good

I placed an order with MNM on 13th June after doing some research on the particular mattress I wanted and after some communication with them regarding options, clarification points etc. The package deal they had on offer was attractive and while I didn't particularly need a new base it gave me the chance to match what I already had.

I corresponded with Dave first of all and I found the speedy replies and offer to match colours outside of their stock offerings very reassuring.

After placing the order which was pretty straightforward and clarifying with Dave he could make the colour changes internally (which he did ) there was nothing else to do until the delivery date which was 1st July.

Now they used a courier called AITHD which you will see a separate review for elsewhere who I am sad to say have an impact on this review even though they are not the retailer directly.

Suffice to say the base of the bed arrived damaged and while the blame for this lies squarely with the courier my contract was of course with MNM. I took delivery based on the reassurances from them that the issue would be resolved one way or another to my satisfaction. ( I needed somewhere to sleep ). I should also mention there were 2 drawers missing.

Now at this point I was engaging with one of the company directors, Simon, who made all the correct noises initially to put my mind at rest and make me feel like I was being taken seriously and they would make it right. Now to be fair they did offer a direct replacement which may have been the best option in retrospect but having dismantled my old bed and assembled the new one (easy if you're young and fit however I am no longer either of those) the prospect of doing so over again filled me with a fair amount of dread.

So he gave me some options.

1) Replace the damaged bed base and correct the missing drawer base
2) Complete refund (actually this was my added option)
3) An incentive to keep what I was now sleeping on

When I asked for clarification on the 3rd option let's just say Simon's idea of what was a lot of money differed considerably from my own. Especially considering there was a cost differential in what I ordered and what was delivered.

I responded to Simon making my views clear only to be informed he was on leave but Andy would try to resolve the matter.

There was no ideal outcome to this. Even had the bed been replaced there was additional upheaval involved and as I said I am not as young as I used to be. I did finally reach an agreement with Andy which was probably not what either of us really wanted but given that the fault lies squarely with AITHD the couriers I cannot be too harsh on MNM.

They did not ghost me or try to squirm out of what happened. They did take responsibility (rightly) even though the damage was caused elsewhere. (The missing drawers part is on their head only however). They did communicate in a timely fashion and did what they said they would to resolve the situation.

I would probably have given 4 stars not 3 had Simon not made the comment about money that he did and I feel we could have resolved it sooner otherwise.

That it happened at all is unfortunate but they did sincerely accept responsibility and resolve the matter (eventually). All things considered I would probably use them again although definitely not if they are still using AITHD.

The value of some companies can be based on how they deal with something going wrong as opposed to how they appear when everything is perfect. Things happen and I do believe they did what I could reasonably expect of them given the circumstances.

Bought the Highgrove Foxton 2000 Mattress (king size, says medium-firm in the description, natural fillings only, 60-day sleep trial and about 29-30cm depth). Firstly: they use a superb delivery company (AIT Home Delivery). They should start using their delivery partner as a selling point. I will legit choose a company over another if I know the delivery will keep me updated and actually stick to the delivery window. Secondly, and probably more importantly(!): brilliant mattress (so far, will update if needed). I saw almost the same one on eBay for £100 cheaper but wanted the peace of mind I could return easily if needed. I also wanted the warranty (5 years think this one is). I didn't know what medium-firm meant and was worried it wouldn't be firm enough. I'm used to sleeping on very hard, 'orthopaedic', 'plank of wood' type mattresses. I did like my last one but wished it was the slightest bit softer when laying on my side. This mattress is exactly perfect for my needs. No dip or sag anywhere, even when rolling over, i.e. it is definitely firm. But then the very top layer (just a fine, few millimetres) is soft enough that it cushions me when on my side. Hard to explain. Strong, sturdy sides/edges. Will see how it goes. Will follow all instructions regarding flipping / turning more in the beginning. It's super comfy and the exact firmness I wanted (for my needs). Great delivery experience and great mattress.
