Very professional team that works promptly on every case I have sent, the case workers always take my calls and respond to emails in a timely manner, Iv not found the same level of service from any other firms i have worked with. I will be sending many more cases your way, Keep up the great work!

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely diabolical service from start to finish. Almost 5.5 months end to end for a simple no chain house purchase, one first time buyer and one seller who was moving into his partners home.

I cannot even begin to explain the tears I have cried from the frustration of dealing with this firm, and almost having our purchase fall through as the seller was losing patience.

Don't bother trying to ring them, they are constantly 'in a meeting'. If you email as they ask you to, it would be more worth your while just screaming into the void, they won't reply.

Mahsa, despite being my allocated point of contact as a legal assistant, could never remember who I was. This is in spite of the fact that for the last 6 plus weeks of the process, I was having to contact her daily! (please bear in mind for the first 4 months I was not doing this and was quite patient).

I only had to resort to this as I discovered an unnecessary delay of almost 2 weeks after speaking to our Estate Agent and Mortgage Broker, after Mahsa didn't promptly respond to an enquiry from the mortgage broker.

A routine additional survey caused a further 2 days of confusion whilst she checked what needed to be done. At this point I was informed that my Conveyancer Ranjit had gone on annual leave, which of course is his right, but I would have expected to be informed and for someone qualified to have been left in control of my case.

The whole debacle caused weeks of delays. It would have been nice to just be honestly told that they had messed up and they were sorry.

I also have email proof from my mortgage provider that the delays were on the end of the conveyancer, and that they had sent emails chasing them up.

Despite me and my partner always responding to requests for information in a timely manner, I never got a confirmation of receipt. And gallingly, on more than 5 occasions I was accused of never responding... and got no apology after sending evidence that I had!!

To say I had a Director acting as conveyancer on my purchase is very worrying also... perhaps too much on his plate?

Even when I got the apparent Operations Manager involved things were not much better!!!

Avoid at all costs. They ruined the purchase of my first home. I will be going to the Legal Ombudsman.

I have worked with this conveyancing firm on multiple cases as a mortgage adviser, and the level of service provided has consistently been exemplary. Communication is clear, timely, and highly professional throughout the process, which makes a meaningful difference for both advisers and clients. The allocation of a dedicated caseworker and an accounts manager for our firm has significantly improved efficiency and made it much easier for advisers to receive regular and accurate updates on cases.
In particular, the caseworker, Aja, has demonstrated a high level of responsibility and professionalism and is someone advisers can consistently rely on. She has always been extremely helpful when addressing queries and is quick to respond with clear, thorough, and accurate updates. I would also like to acknowledge Archana and Neha for their kind, proactive, and prompt follow-ups on any queries raised.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm and look forward to continuing a strong working relationship with them on future cases.

We had a great service from Sonia & Selina at my law matters on purchasing our first house, from start to finish their conveyancing service was very professional and organised. These solicitors took around 4 months on a property with no chain, did very little for their fee, were very hard to get through to on the phone, took a long time to respond to emails, constant pushing from my end. 18 months after the bill is paid and I thought I'd never have to speak with them again, they crop up out of the blue stating that they accidentally undercharged me £124 and to pay it at my earliest!

Please, for the sake of your sanity, avoid My Law Matters.

Having worked in estate agency for a number of years, I have never come across a solicitors as poorly as My Law Matters. I have been dealing with this company as they are involved in a chain with our client and they are appalling. They do not reply to emails or answer their phones. Even by being given a direct number, you try and contact the conveyancer who will not pick up the phone and then waste another half hour trying to get through to main reception. You repeatedly get given the same update every time you speak to them. Even by placing a complaint and copying Head of Conveyance into to the email, even he does not have the decency to acknowledge the email. Absolute shambles!
