Poor Conveyancing
We will not be using My Law Matters again. Our whole conveyancing experience was very stressful because of the poor service we received. There was poor communication and slow responses from our solicitor. We felt we were not kept informed throughout the whole process and were not prioritised at all. There were no updates unless I chased them. We experienced delays and we did not receive timely responses. We regret not going with a local solicitor but our mortgage advisor put their name forward to us, a big mistake and a lesson to be learnt from us.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY…THEY ARE INCOMPETENT
This company is the most useless company you can ever use for your conveyancing.
Firstly there is no competent person or a case worker to speak to. My experience from begining to the end is a night mare. They don't pick up phone or respond to email. No after care when my property was completed.
I have changed my address and i tries on verious occasion to inform them along side an email no reply.
I asked another solicitor to check for land register for my property if an application was submitted for my tittle. I was told no application was submitted.
They are the most useless organisation, you would want to use for the purchase of your property. Also their charges a dubious. They quote you a different amount to lure you to them, then charge extra before completion.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
