This company is disgraceful and I feel sorry for all those people who have paid for these unordered razors and socks. Threatening with debt collection action if payment is not paid is nothing short of abuse. Companies and the people who run these business scams should be accountable and held responsible for their actions. Its a shame that this is the way the world is now.....! I too never ordered anything or subscribed to anything.

What a shame I can’t leave 0 stars. My experience is the same as the others with threatening text messages asking for payment for unsolicited socks and razors I didn’t order relating to a subscription I did not take take out. I was called about a free sample of socks and a razor which I have never received. Then an Invoice for more product again never received. Now threatening debt collectors! When I received the first text I emailed them to explain that I had not ordered from them and then another text today to which I have responded by email to them again , however I do not expect a reply.
Rather than being a poor company I believe them to be scammers based upon my experience and those who gave already posted.

Now threatening debt collectors! Below is my third e mail to them, however I do not expect a reply.
I have just received a further text message from your Company which I appear unable to respond to hence my THIRD e mail.
I will reiterate that I have never opened a subscription with your Company and have not ordered the unsolicited items you sent me. You have failed to respond to either of my 2 previous e mails.
I do not want to retain the poor quality unsolicited goods you sent me and AGAIN ask that you send me pre paid return labels do I can return them to you.
I have asked that you clear my details from your records and cancel the “subscription” I never made.
I will report this matter to UK Trading Standards as this is in clear breach of Customer Consumer rights.

extremt dålig kundtjänst där personalen kallar kunderna för "5-åringar". de vägrar även att häva abonnemang trots att kunden inte har möjligheten att kunna ha kvar det. De ljuger även om informationen, de påstår att saker är sagda trotts att det inte är sagt.

As reported by others, I received a phone call a few months ago from a man wanting to give me some free samples hoping I would like them and subscribe to their subscription service. I didnt want samples (Black Socks & Razer) but he was persistent. Received samples last month with a letter welcoming me to their subscription service. I immediately emailed to inform them to cancel the subscription and asked for a return postage label to return the items but 3 weeks ago received more items (Black Socks & Razers) with a demand for payment. As reported by others, the letter and website state the company is in Switzerland but the parcel has no postage, I believe this item was hand delivered by the scammers themselves. They are trying it on by getting you to pay and then intending on taking fraudulent payments from your credit card / bank details. I’ve not paid but am holding on to all the merchandise to return.

Same happened to me as everyone else...they sent free samples of socks and razors, then more arrived in the post a couple of months later with invoices for them. Just had a text reminding me to pay even though I didn’t order them in the first place. I’ve sent emails but never get a reply, or the email just bounces back. Will keep hold of everything they send me and a copy of all the emails that I’ve sent and wait till they contact me in person for payment.

Same as everyone one else. Wrote 2 emails trying to cancel subscriptions and requested a postage label to return them but no response. I did not request any subscriptions or order any products and i refuse to pay for these items. how do we put an end to this...
Please do not send any payment!!! It is a scam. More than likely there will be no debt collectors that arrives. Keep a copy of all correspondence you have sent to the company. And if any debt collector arrives which they won't give them the correspondence and the goods back.

I've had the same experience as many others. Persuasive first phone call and a pair of sock plus a razor as free samples. Two months later 5 pairs of socks and a load of razors with no handle plus 2 invoices for 18.75 and 15.95 GBP. I did not ask for these, I did not subscribe to any service. I want this to stop. Not quite sure what to do next - I don't want to log in to their site to cancel what I haven't even set up in case of viruses etc.

I recieved 4 pairs of socks and razor blades with no handle and then a charge for each of the products. This was never agreed to or requested. When trying to contact them there is no response to email and no phone number to contact them with. Further more their customer service page asks you for log in details that do not work so you cant cancel and i will not be putting my card details in to a site i dont trust for a product i never ordered.

I think this might be a local scam as the letter and website state the company is in Switzerland but the parcel has no postage, I believe this item was hand delivered by the scammers themselves. I live in Newcastle-upon Tyne, United Kingdom. I believe the next step will be phone call demanding payment or even a knock on door.

Some random phone call from this company offering to send some free items, I've not signed up for anything but they keep sending items demanding payment with no way to cancel. You can't log in to cancel any ongoing deliveries but you can log in to pay. I have emailed them a number of times but no reply. Massive scam stay clear

Det var fel på leveranserna och vi har fått fakturan utan att fått en produkt. Ringde upp bolaget. Kom nästan direkt fram. Personalen på kundtjänst var mycket trevlig och lösningsorienterad. De makulerade fakturan utan några som helst invändningar.
