Love it

Love it. I will never be without it! I’ve been telling my friends about it and some of them are now your clients! I use it twice daily to relieve my back problems. Sciatic pain is not a problem any more! Now I can work on my balance!

I disliked the fact that I had ordered…

I disliked the fact that I had ordered 12 jars at one time and then was charged the same amount of money for 8 more jars without my consent. Then after my phone call to cancel was told that I could not get my money back because it was already processed but I didn’t get the package for a month and a half later To me it was a rip off

Fast delivery. Address was incorrect and when I sent a message within minutes of the order no response was acknowledged or answered. Got this resolved through Canada Post. Product is amazing and does work as described.

This is an update to my previous review. I did receive notification from the company that they would refund me the full amount of my purchase and that they were shipping me the product regardless. I did finally receive the product so they were true to their word. Will I buy from them again, probably not. But they did turn out to be honorable in the long run.

This company is horrible!

This company is horrible!! The product didn't work for my friend so I requested cancellation of my subscription 3 times. It is still happening, coming out of my bank account and not being delivered!! I have stopped payment on the orders with my bank but it has still been trying to hit my account. This company owes me about $500! And I have had enough. No phone numbers work, emailing doesn't seem to matter. I am turning them into Better Business Bureau. Such a SCAM!!! Do NOT buy anything from them, unless you want to be wiped out!!!!

DO NOT BUY

Hi,

Website is a scam. Clicked on the link that popped up on Facebook and tried to just look at the website for prices and now I have been signed up for a subscription that I did not sign up for and no one replies to emails have sent 5 from 3 different email address and still no reply or phone contact and I’m stuck having to pay $280aud a month because they won’t cancel the subscription. Very poor customer service would give negative stars if it was possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE.
