I received some excellent diet and health guidance from gene food. The kit I received was well designed and simple to collect and return my saliva sample. When I had follow up about my results I was able to get a fast response and get detailed feedback. Overall 10/10 customer experience and value.

I am happy with the results - they are quite extensive and what I expected. Lots of science-backed explanations.
As a note for improvement - some of the links for the scientific explanation of some genes are not working, and the company could work more on the specific meal plan (although it is good enough as it is - this is not the core service in my opinion).

Very fast response to questions (I had uploaded the wrong file) and also report generation. Interesting report taking into account individual genetic data. One thing I was surprised to see missing was a reference to high Homo-cysteine levels due to MTHFR and B12 methylation issues . . . I will send a note as soon as I figure out how . . .

I had an issue accessing my account and email the company. I received a prompt response the next morning (from a human) and the issue was resolved.

Very responsive. I did receive a reply within a short time however the description of the services led me to believe that it was a little more sophisticated than simply dietary complete dietary recommendations. That was my fault. Definitely very nice to work with and as far as the far as being trustworthy I would have to say that they're honesty and integrity was Superior to many other companies I have dealt with.
