Very rude and not helpful at all.
I spoke to this company twice in the last three weeks. Each time I call in they are all chirpy until you tell them your name. I found the advisors tone changed immediately upon asking my details. We are all human being regardless of which part of the world we are from. I was born in this country. Indirect racism unfortunately.

Chasing me for a non existent IONOS invoice on an account that I closed @5years ago. ended up sorting it directly with IONOS. No payment required
