My rare disease has left me unemployed and in debt while trying to rebuild my life with an 11 and 13 year old that I am doing my best for and my best is working as I am finding amazing people like you Julie who are professional, wise and equally caring towards humanity and the community. This has changed my opinion on debt recovery and I am forever grateful I will now face the other numbers I need to call with more positivity that the future can be brighter and hopefully I can rebuild and start again. The advisor was friendly and helpful
The advisor was friendly, very helpful and listened to me without judgement. She also remembered me from a previous call so I didn't need to repeat myself. She supported me to make a payment plan that was affordable for me and I really appreciated that.
