Great quality tag and bigger than I thought so we are delighted.
Constant and fast communication from the company.
Will use and recommend again.

AVOID! This company are operating from an Irish domain when in fact they are based out of Spain & items shipping from Switzerland? Wish I had researched beforehand.

I placed my order at the end of June & I was told in a shipping confirmation email that I should expect my item in 5-7 working days & it did not arrive. I’ve lost count on how many emails I had to send this company stating I wanted a refund, which I was well within my right to receive. They kept avoiding my request, telling me to 'hang on a few more days' & 'it will arrive' to them then saying 'wait until next week & we’ll send out a new one if you still haven’t got it' as a way to keep avoiding my refund request. Terrible customer service!

I was left with no choice but to file a chargeback dispute through my payment provider who thankfully resolved this in the end.

Best to shop elsewhere!

Spots delighted with his bat dog tag

My first tag got lost in transit, which was frustrating, but the company quickly promised to resend it. A few days later, it arrived, and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is fantastic—exactly as promised. My pup and I love it. Highly recommend!

High-quality dog tags and great options for personallisation. Depends on the size and format of the tag, it allows you to add all the mandatory information and even more. I totally recommend

I recently purchased the Engraved Bone Dog Tag in (Color: Blue) for my dog, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The size is perfect, providing just enough space for clear, readable engraving without being too bulky. The blue color is vibrant and eye-catching, adding a stylish touch to my dog's collar.

The bone shape is adorable and adds a bit of personality, while the metal feels sturdy and durable—important for an active dog who loves to play rough. The engraving is crisp and easy to read, even from a distance, ensuring my dog's name and my contact information are visible if needed.

It’s been through rain, mud, and endless adventures, but the color hasn't faded, and the tag still looks as good as new. I highly recommend it to any pet owner looking for a reliable, stylish, and well-made dog tag!

Very easy to order and great prices! I did have a query with the delivery which was attended to quickly and efficiently by customer services. The tag received is a good quality product.
