Good service, just a small hiccup in the notification
Although the ordering was easy and I received notification it was on its way I had no further notification and found it had been deliverfed before being notified when to expect it to arrive. This is not a complaint but just a small hiccup for you to realise. thank you

I cant use the machine because …
I cant use the machine because it leaves me exhausted the next day. I can only phone for support in business hours which doesnt work for me so the device is not in use and I am frustrated I have wasted my money
