Lock broken after a week
Purchased for a church and a week after installing it when emptying it noticed it would not lock because the lock was broken !! Not impressed. After the New Year holiday will be contacting the company for either a full refund or a replacement box which is fit for purpose. I was thinking of purchasing an additional box for the church but will not after this experience.

I would recommend this company to…
I would recommend this company to everyone. They are so helpful on the telephone. I ordered on the Tuesday and had delivery on the Thursday. They are excellent value too.

We are sorry about your experience we take this very seriously, I have looked in to your case, and found that you placed your order on Saturday, it was shipped on Monday, because your shipping address was in northern Ireland it took a few days for Royal mail to deliver it.

Fantastic value & great service!
So lucky to have found this company. I needed to order some charity boxes and thought I'd need to place one order and then pay my own postage to send them out to different depots. This company have made it so easy. Not only do they have great prices, they allow you to split your order to different addresses, saving even more money. Thank you very much. Will definitely recommend you and use this company again if we need any more!

Not a good start
Haven't had a good start with My Charity Boxes. Had an email a week ago informing me my order had been shipped. Now I'm being told the item ordered is out of stock and invited to review their service!
What can I say? Seems as if their sales department needs some leadership and management!!

Acrylic is neither flexible nor strong
A nice box but sadly the top display area snapped off whilst trying to insert a header.
I now have to cut the back off as it is useless so rather disappointed and should have bought a different box.

My advice: answer the phone + give a good answer like ( your order in this step and we will keep updating you)
