Compared to my previous experience, everything started out very well. There were active discussions and even phone calls. I first contacted them in early February 2026. After I paid the VAT fees for two countries, communication petered out. Now this reminds me of my previous negative experience with a company recommended by Amazon in 2024. Starting on February 26, FZCO stopped responding to my inquiries. Today is March 7th 2026.
Additional information: In their response, FZCO provided Trustpilot readers with my personal information, such as my company name and one of the VAT registered countries.

I am truly speechless and incredibly grateful for this company. I had ongoing address issues with HMRC that prevented me from receiving my VAT for almost four months. During that time, I went through endless emails, phone calls, and waiting, with no resolution in sight, until I decided to contact FZCO.

I was in contact with Jenny, who was extremely friendly, understanding, patient, and helpful to say the least. She resolved my issue not in months, weeks, or even days, but literally within minutes.

I did not only contact this company. I reached out to around ten companies and freelancers, and none of them were able to solve my issue the way Jenny did. They all simply advised me to contact HMRC again.

I honestly do not see myself dealing with any other company in the future. I cannot recommend this company enough.

We contacted FZCO to help us with PAN EU tax registration and filing. The whole process was made very simple and easy. The team are easily contactable and quick to respond to emails. They fully understand Amazon and work closely with the PAN EU team giving us confidence that we would not suffer a short term suspension while be asked to prove we had applied to each country. I would highly recommend FZCO for PAN EU VAT registration and filing.

the WORST - No experience with E commerce or amazon Business
the WORST , they will share wrong facts and let you spend on unnecessary requirements to let you pay and spend while. they don't have experience with Ecommerce , and when you start raising concerns they will start run away and will not answer your questions and when you start pushing them you will be blocked !
i dont recommend them at at all if you have E commerce Business. also they will tell you they are based at UK while the truth they are not based at UK therefore they dont have enough experience to answer your tax questions .
the employee at this company blocked me and not answering my queries anymore.

most of reviewers here are fake which is obvious when you check the location of reviewer as all of them from Pakistan and they all gave 5 starts while they dont deserve one star !

after checking with FL Estate we got official reply we found out filing and registration is not required , which is proofing that they will let you do some services not required to get more money from you .

they are not responding to my emails , they created the user name and password for estates and refusing to share the information with me , my accounts still connected with their email addresses and rejecting to respond !!! . guys BECARFUL
