Great customer service
Great customer service. I had an issue with the birthdays of my cats getting entered wrong and it was corrected and I haven't had an issue since so thank you.
As a breeder people say to use Wisdom Panel and even though they are good, I like the layout of CatScan better. I do know they offer one more test for the MDR1 gene, which is nice to know for peace of mind. So it would be nice if that could get added to Mycatscan results.

Great company
I always get my results in a timely manner. It's much easier for me now to mail within Canada. I lost a kitten after ordering and was offered an in-house credit for another time which I really appreciate.
