The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because I couldn't figure out how to save it without copying it to a word document and saving it that way.

Prompt in depth results that are easy to understand

I have used catscan for all of my breeding cats. They are fast and accurate. If you have any questions there is always someone that answers the phone! Highly recommend for health as well as coat genetics.

I have used this company for a few years now. The turnaround time is definitely increasing. The testing is more expensive and I find myself questioning whether or not I want to continue using their service or finding a new one. Customer service is lacking, they don’t value your business or loyalty.

Very simple and straightforward. Timing was pretty much exactly as quoted. I will use My CatScan again :)

Great customer service and fast ,easy to read results

I'm very happy with how extensive the report is on my cat. It confirmed alot of color questions I had and helped me decide to keep this boy as a breeder. My only complaint is that I emailed them but never received an answer back. However, my results were delivered just a day over 2 weeks. All in all very happy.

My cat had a surprising and interesting result, and when asking for explanation the answer came prompt and was relevant and science based.

Also - all the results are listed in a manner that is recognizable to breeders, including the listing and the use of breeders jargon.

I appreciate the speed that you are providing the test results back in! I love the gene test for the Siberian Corin/bi-metal color!

My only issue is that the swabs are too large for a kitten which makes it hard to get the swab under the lip.

I love the amount of information. I'm confused with some of the color/ marking results that I'm not exactly sure what it means. Such as how do I know if one is mink or solid, lynx?

This was great! Clear, easy to read results and more information for when I didn't understand. I run a Ragdoll cattery, and will be using CatScan to test all my breeding cats in the future! Thank you so much!
