Good service, good advice and recommendations.

The manager was straight down the line and gave excellent service.

The staff are always friendly and professional, I recommend them to friends and family.

Great service as usual.
However this time I had 4 new tyres fitted and very happy with those...but the rubber marks left on all 4 tyre rims was totally unacceptable. The marks were not there prior.
I had to use degreaser at home to get these marks off.
As usual tho..the office staff were very polite and helpful.

Hi guys, I am one of your regular customer, I received an email that with 150$ discounts on my logbook with regular service, I went yesterday and the person who was in charged told me to do major service wich is 840$ . I didn’t suggest that , I rejected after I showed him your email , then I did the regular service with 299$ , so I paid for my service almost double price, wich is not suitable and not acceptable, I believe so that kind of organising your business like that is giving you very bad reputation, I called mr Dib hachem wich he is a grateful man to complain about that . I don’t think that I am going to keep doing service at the shop as long as you offering service people like that

Very professional service

I used your on line booking in process when I finished it did not tell me if I was booked in or not. To confirm I rang the store the service man told me I was not booked in for that day that I wanted when I asked did I do something wrong he said no they were just fully booked that day and that I would have to go back and start all over again to get booked in for next day such a Waste of my time if I had not rung to check the booking I would have turned up thinking I was booked in. I feel the on line service should be able to say for definite if you are booked in or not. just to leave you thinking you were is very confusing. it would be good if you could do something about that as I’m sure I’m not the only person who has had that happen to them.

I have booked in my Car for Wheel alignment, the lady who took the call was very pleasant and respectful, price was reasonable, so this review is not as a result of my phone interactions with her as i cannot fault her phone manner

but what i hate with a passion is the Pay and give a review, BEFORE even anyone has even touched my Car, THIS COMPANY POLICY STINKS , how do you expect people to respect this Policy , the Australian way is to pay for a service, be it a meal or car service is to pay AFTER, not before, and how can you expect people to give honest reviews BEFORE interactions, it stinks of self entitlement and manipulation of individuals right to give Honest answers. After Service's Rendered , not sure after this service will i be returning, regardless of the Service, purely because the COMPANY POLICY STINKS

Thumbs 👍to the lady doing her job BUT as for the COMPANY 👎 EXPECTATIONS ARE SH...T , its only because you are close to a shopping centre and i can do something meaningful while waiting is your ONLY saving grace, or i simply would have gone elsewhere
