Good experience here. Had am issues with one order but customer service were great and sorted me out

I ordered a Karcher K7 which unfortunately arrived damaged on Wednesday afternoon — something I understood wasn’t necessarily the retailer’s fault.
I contacted customer service they asked for photos and an email to be sent to them, I did and next morning they arranged a return; when discussed about a replacement or refund I decided in the end to go for a refund as they could not ship a replacement on time so I could receive it asap, at that time I was told clearly over the phone that my refund would be issued upon collection of the item by the courier on Friday.

The item was picked up as agreed, but the refund never came through although they confirmed again to me on Friday that they would issue the refund on that day.
I emailed them on Monday as no notification came through to my Revolut account and was told they had received the item and the refund would now be issued — but still, nothing by Tuesday morning.
After yet another call, I was told by a different person that they will check what happened and take it from there- which I explained to them needs to be rectified by 12pm the latest and that someone needs to ring me by then.
I returned the item as agreed and had done my part as a customer.

Eventually, someone else called me back and confirmed again they would issue the refund (Tuesday morning) — five days later.

In the meantime, I had to spend €600 on top of the €550 to source the item locally and make up the difference in cost, all while chasing the company for my refund - and not everyone has the luxury of spending €600 twice in a week.

What disappointed me most wasn’t the damaged product — these things can happen — but the lack of transparency, delay, and poor communication around the refund process.

Honest customers deserve better treatment, and I hope the company takes this on board.

I recently ordered Cold Lay Tarmac from Mybuildingsupplies. Seamless experience with them, very prompt delivery with good communication between the time I ordered and the item was delivered. The product worked very well also, i used it to tidy up old tarmac that had frayed around the edges of my driveway. Thanks to the team there. Dan, Galway.

Ordered a pro plus leaf blower. I'm a gardener and my original one packed in. Got my order 24 hrs after I placed it. Excellent service.

Ordered tin of paint online; quick delivery & securely packaged (courier was DPD in this instance).

Paid 220 euro for delivery , and they asked me to organize to have 2 men onsite to handball off the load. Ridiculous!

Got my ordered delivered by courier within few days. I was a bit concerned because I ordered a can of paint but it was well sealed and wrapped to avoid any damage. Got also a ladder that was wrapped very well

Very poor customer service! Got wrong item delivered and was poor quality compared to what was ordered. No response to my emails. Will order elsewhere from now on.

Not ordering again! unfortunately I never received the stuff I've ordered although I paid 50€ shipping for material worth 46€! so I wasted almost 100€

Brilliant. Quick delivery, not charging me $50 for bulk stuff that others do. Bought two items for $22 each that cost $40+ around here. All the way from Sligo to Wicklow for $10. Ill be buying from here in the future. Good experience. 10/10.
