Everything worked out perfect and received my British Passport. I found my coaching consultant very easy to work with , polite and down to earth. She guided me through the entire proceedure with her advise and helping me set up my required documentation which supported my application. So when I did submit my final application along with my supporting documents and family history the process was seamless and resulted in a quick turn around of the required approval of my application. All I can say service was excellent, guidence, and advise very easy to understand. I am sure with out the assistance of my consultant Madeliene the whole process would have taken much longer to get my approval. She knew the common mistakes and errors most of us make when we apply on our own without assistance and guided me to avoid them. I would recommend Madeleine to assist you and get it right.

An extra ordinary experience with UK Passports.

I have recently completed a successful passport renewal/new passport process with this organisation. As an individual who has spent my entire career (56 years) in the Customer Service environments in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, I have experienced and witnessed good and poor customer service. I have experienced staff “doing their job” both good and bad together with staff who have shown a genuine willingness and desire to relate to their customer irrespective of the outcome.
My application was challenging and involved numerous different components to be adhered to even requiring sourcing documentation from the 1950’s. It was an application way beyond the ‘norm’, and I was assigned a UK Passport consultant named Madeleine.

I have used the word ‘extra-ordinary’ as I believe that my experience of the Customer Service that I have received from Madeleine is well beyond the normal superlatives of great / excellent / fantastic etc.
This consultant provided an outstanding and encompassing level of professionalism and a strong desire to build an exceptional level of personal engagement and interaction from day 1 to completion. Clear and timely communication, direction, advice, support and understanding, all delivered with a level of empathy that is often not evident in most Customer Service experiences. All of these strengths and skills made this entire passport process so much easier for my wife and I, who are senior citizens.

My passport renewal process was complicated because of my name change and the fact that I had lost my expired passport. But Robyn at the passport office guided me the process with patience and professionalism. (She deserves a medal - or better still, a raise).

My experience using My British Passport was excellent. Juan-Pierre was quick to respond to any questions/concerns l had throughout the process. MY PASSPORT RENEWAL
The renewal of my Passport took about 6 weeks, ably dealt with by Natasha at ukpassportsmail.com.
There were a few hiccups on the way - caused by myself as well as the Couriers - but Natasha had patience and was able to bring all the paperwork together to submit to the Passport Office.
I would highly recommend My British Passport Company for an efficient experience.

Lots of good and helpful information was provided, I followed instructions and the entire process was efficient but also reassuring. Glenda stayed in touch regularly until I had my new passport and the supporting documents back. I fully recommend this firm.

Hayley was very helpful and responded quickly to emails. Instructions were clear and easily understood, although limited to 'next step actions'.
I found applying for a new passport extremely stressful, particularly with respect to the urgency brought on by the UK Government's new requirements for dual citizens and my all-ready made travel plans. An initial indication that 'copies' of some documents were required FIRST to be followed later with 'actual' documents needing to be sent would have reduced some of that stress.

Glenda was amazing. Prompt with all her replies and spot on with all her help! Couldn't have asked for anybody better!
