The company responded promptly to my questions and concerns. Jan was assigned to me as my advisor, who worked with me and gave me detailed progress from the beginning to the end. Assigning Jan was so important to the overall experience because I did not have to deal with numerous persons, which oftentimes lead to frustration. He was courteous, friendly, and professional.
