I have no problem with the product or delivery, but the customer service is a bad joke. It took me four phone calls and a chat line to get my receipt and any info on their warranty. Sales never explained the warranty with the goof-proof feature, but implied that it was a 5-year warranty covering everything. I finally got a receipt from the chat line, plus a link to the warranty. I would caution anyone to make sure they get this info at the store. You may not even be able to understand the people in customer service.

Mark was a great salesperson and helped us with our spare bedroom mattress purchase. No pressure sales and it was a very relaxing experience. The store was extremely clean and organized well.

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH BOB’S, UNLESS YOU HAVE A GOOD LAWYER!
This company is an absolute nightmare to do business with. They sell subpar (junk) furniture and engage in deceptive practices to frustrate, stall and keep your hand earned money. They owe me a refund of $1,085.17 for return of a recliner chair that was falling apart within 60 days of purchase. This is the second defective chair in 90 days. Chair was returned after their own repair technician refused to repair it because he claimed it was poor quality & would “fail again”. When I explained that I spent over $1,000 for the chair, he replied “well, you did purchase it at Bob’s Discount Furniture”! He then went on to explain that he had been doing furniture repair for almost 40 years, works on Lazy Boy and other quality furniture, and knows junk when he sees it! Although their chair has already been picked up, I have yet to receive a dime back from them. Instead, they issued a partial refund for only $225 to my bank card, then cancelled it. I have now had multiple phone conversations with their customer support team, which by the way is in Guatemala, have been put on hold for extensive periods, hung up on, insulted, and after 40 minutes on the phone today, they now have the records so screwed up that I feel a lawsuit might be the only way to recover my money! I just wanted a comfortable chair to enjoy my retirement in.I did not sign-up for all this drama, frustration, & Bob’s false & deceptive business practices, which appear to be designed to cheat hard working folks out of their money!

Bruce did a fantastic job helping us select the furniture that we were looking for, he didnt pressure us and would step away from are conversations when we were trying to make a decision which I thought was really respectful, great experience with Bobs.

Very thoughtful showroom layout with friendly knowledgeable staff, transparent prices, and convenient payment/financing options. Sackie was awesome to work with!

If I could rate this lower I would. I purchased a bed frame from this store for my son for college and paid to have it assembled and delivered. The frame is such low quality that it was more comfortable to put his mattress (purchased elsewhere thankfully) on the floor. The company refused to stand by the product and the assembly and offered no solutions except that I was welcome to come back in and purchase another crappy one from them -no credit or discount on the one I already bought. Please learn from my mistake and AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY at this place

I was helped by Melissa, she did a great job and knew exactly what couches I should be looking at for my small apartment! I will definitely be visiting again in the future if I need any more furniture!

Marc helped us out by answering any questions we had during our first visit. He didn’t push us to make any immediate decisions. We returned 2 days later and he helped us make a final decision by answering any additional questions, explaining the delivery process, explaining what’s included in the protection package, and even helped us with measurements. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. We’ve gotten furniture at Bob’s before and will definitely go back for future purchases.

I stopped by their outlet store for the first time and was so impressed! The staff were incredibly kind and really knew their stuff. I found exactly what I was looking for—and it was all reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

Went in to look at the deals they have in the back, the team was super helpful with information and our shopping experience. We will purchase our items here for our new home.

The sales people and management lie to make a sale I purchased a sectional and it was missing one piece. They promised me it was coming in three days. I specifically asked the managers if I would 100% have it because otherwise I couldn’t buy the couch I needed a full couch as soon as possible in my home for something I was hosting just as I had predicted the piece never came. We’re going on two months or maybe even three months I’ve lost track of time and I’m missing a part of my couch and today they came with the wrong piece and no one has bothered to call me or anything and they took all my money. I wouldn’t use them for shit now and I will be getting a lawyer involved if they don’t take this couch back because obviously they can’t give me the piece that I need.
