Craftsy has always done some strange things. But now they have decided to cut many designers and patterns. This affects so many independent business owners. What they have accomplished is keeping me and many otherwise Craftsy permentally. What a sad excuse for a business.

Great casual spot by the cinemas with fantastic staff and energy. Dave is leading a great crew. Great spot for locals.

I am going to just come out and say it - I think most of these reviews are fake or unethical and would ask that the admins of this site investigate - the reason is because almost all of the perfect 5-star reviews take place on the same dates as each other (for example: May 4, 2018 & May 3, 2018). All the honest, real, lower star reviews of real people who actually have issues with Craftsy are on different dates from each other. What are the chances that 100 people are going to post all on the same day with only 5-star reviews? The 1-star critical reviews just happen to be isolated on different posting dates? These pseudo-spam comment tactics are used all the time by unethical, shady companies on Amazon.com to boost their overall rating, which is why sites like Fakespot.com exist. I am very wary of Craftsy now, especially with how critical the 1-star reviews are and how suspicious the 5-star reviews are. If I am wrong then I apologize, but in my experience, this is probably not a coincidence.

my classes have disappeared since this company has gone under another name, no email have been answered, its all money money money, useless now it not craftsy, don't waste your money look on you tube folks, would of given it 0 stars but there's no facility for that

Excellent service super fast shipping great customer support

I had bought a few craftsy lessons which I had been happy with . Seeing an offer for Craftsy unlimited I decided to take a year subscription. It then changed to Bluprint. In the sewing lessons in Craftsy I could get clarification from the instructor. In Bluprint the support staff informed me that the instructor does not have to answer my questions and that maybe another person who is watching the lesson can. Which of course does not serve the purpose of learning from an expert.
Very disappointing . I had signed up for the same service I got of craftsy but they have changed it .
I have asked for a refund.

I signed up for the monthly payments for Craftsy Unlimited and they took out the yearly price. That was fixed after I complained. I had to re subscribe to get the monthly price. The first month went fine. The second payment was 2 days ago and they took out more than the monthly fee. I tried to watch a video and it said I was not a member. Even though the subscription is paid for, and then some, I am not allowed to use it. What a rip off.

I lost all my Craftsy classes which were guaranteed for life and have had no response from my emails to them which have provided proof of all my purchases, very disappointed.

Up until recently, Ive been happy with Craftsy. Recently, I discovered on my charge acct.a charge in Canadian Funds from Craftsy. It turned out to be for Craftsy Unlimited. Why Canadian funds? Who knows. When I signed up for it, I looked for a clause mentioning cancelling, but I was unable to find it. Now I see why; today a supervisor sent me the clause for which one needs xray vision to read. I was only refunded a partial amt. I was told I was lucky to get that. Reading employee reviews, I see that this attitude filters from management down. Employees are treated with the same disrespect. Not the same Craftsy it used to be.

I love your fabric. I have made many projects with your kits and fabric and have never been disappointed.

I am very happy with what Craftsy has to offer. Their price for fabric and supplies are amazing. The classes have taught me so much. I like being able to contact an instructor when I need further guidance.
I do find their delivery service to be lacking. To receive an order takes it forever. Then the delivery date comes and goes and no package. When I find the perfect fabric for a project, I do not want to wait three weeks before I can get started.
Another issue, not being talk to a person, for an example, my older sister purchased Unlimited and has not been able to watch any classes. She tried getting help with an email chat. However, the information she was given did not solve her issue. She tried over and over again with different people, all giving her the same information that does not solve her issue. She needed a simple phone call, Craftsy refused. So, she paid for Unlimited and can’t access it,
Craftsy’s help desk should be able to offer a phone call in case the issue is not being resolved.
I personally, purchased a quilt pattern last week that has not showed up in my cart for downloading. It has been 5 days and I email the help desk on Thursday, it is now Monday, I am still waiting for help.

Always get what I order a few days after ordering as always first quality fabric as I expect

I would and do recommend Craftsy to my friends and family.

Craftsy is a wonderful company for helping those to learn how to do something new or to give continuing instructions on something to build further expertise. The classes are reasonably priced on special sales. The instructors are very good at teaching and demonstrating their craft. The programs can be seen at any convenient time and stopped or gone back to see a demonstration. I love how the instructors smile and sometimes laugh when teaching. They make the learning process easier and more fun, like a friend teaching you something. Craftsy is my favorite to work with and I mainly am learning to quilt and a little bit of watercolor.

it is so nice to take a class in the comfort of your own home aand can go back as often as you want to go over the information . thankyou craftsy for making this possible.

Craftsy classes are a great way to learn something new or improve your skills. I love that I can play classes again and again, dipping in where I want when I'm working on a project to refresh my memory.

Great company to deal with, have dealt with a few times now

I love the Craftsy platform. I was really excited when it came available on my TV through my Roku. Unfortunately since then the TV option no longer works. Hopefully that will be fixed soon....please!
