I would give no stars if I could! The shoes I ordered came nowhere near fitting me - the strap across the ankle did not even reach the other side let alone fasten, completely unwearable.
I have emailed this company three times to get directions for returning and other than one reply saying my query had been received and they would get back to me (which they didn't), I have heard nothing.
A complete scam - I doubt I have any chance of getting my money back and now have a useless pair of sandals!
Save your money, do not order from this business

Would give it a ZERO but that is not option. Received the shoes I ordered, but the left one was smaller than the right one and both were waaaay too tight. Have emailed and messaged four times, with just a standard “someone will get back to you in 1-2 days”. No one ever has. DON’T BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

I ordered a pair of low cut boots in size 8. They took forever to arrive. When I tried them on they were way too small. I tried contacting the company via the website but never heard back. I wish I had seen their terrible reviews beforehand. Never again with this company!

I ordered 2 pairs of mesh beach shoes. I have neuropathy and RA in my feet. The minute I put them on I knew they wouldn’t work. I immediately contacted the company and an automated response came saying they would respond within 48 hours with directions for return. It has been a month. I have contacted them 4 times.

BEWARE!!!!!This company is a total scam. I ordered two pairs of shoes last October and didn't receive them until December and they were way too small. I got cryptic responses from customer service about returning them and it's March and I have not received any direction as to how to return them. China is a long way to return something.

Terrible! This company is a scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Or it will cost you!> They sent us 'our order' but it was a pair of shoes that may fit a doll, but certainly not the size 11 we ordered. So small were these boots it was laughable. But not funny. Our Visa card company refunded our money. Save yourself some money, time and aggravation by avoiding this company like you would a rabid skunk!!!

Ugh. My story is the same. Saw an add for cute shoes, read some reviews (must have been fake), ordered and paid for shoes, and now over 2 months later....still no shoes. I am disputing the charge currently with Paypal but they are also taking forever. So frustrating.

Confusing. Got 2 trackings - the first said delivered (it was not). Impossible to contact them. Then they posted a second tracking with no delivery date. I think this may be a fraud... ready to challenge credit card charge.

My advice: STAY AWAY.

I want to make a return and have tried four times to reach them using their contact info for returns. No response. The sock boots are called the same name as Ugg's Tasman X Boots and are cheap and fake. This company is just as fake as its products.

Received the slip on boots as a gift. Received them but they don't fit. Tried to contact by phone 3 times & sent a message via the "contact us" from their website. No response & the phone was never answered. I shipped the boots back to the address on their website & the boots were returned to me as an invalid address. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.

I ordered 2 items on December 20th as of today January 5th I did receive one of the 2 items I ordered. I have reached out to customer service a few times and no response as to where my second item is. I also called a number for their supposed help desk and they never returned my calls. if you need a gift shop on Amazon this place stinks and I am out of my $40.00 and my girlfriend never got her boots.

My experience is like all the others on here. There is no customer service. You can not return anything. No one calls you back. The shoe I ordered was misrepresented and runs very small. I ordered two sizes thinking I could return one and neither fit and there are no returns. Do not buy from this seller.

This company has no customer service. I also tried to return a pair of shoes that were ordered by mistake. No response after repeated contacts by email. Phone # given by them is not a working number. Seems to be a sham company.

Have never received my shoes and never a response from many contacts with Customer Service!!! Don't expect a return/refund. Out of China. Anyone can run an ad on the internet these days!!

This is an offer that I recommend you avoid at all costs.
The shoes look and are described as comfy and are inexpensive. However, buyer beware, I received my shoes (2 pair); one pair was the wrong color (which was not really a big deal at the price but aggravating). The big problem was the sizing; I could not get them on my feet. I notified this company immediately so that I could send them back. They advertise that you can return within a certain time period which this was. But, when I called, they were not taking calls but advising to NOT send them back without talking to them first because they would not accept them. Still no answer after many tries, so I tried emailing and attached the invoice. NO RESPONSE! I did this several times and meanwhile am stuck with 2 pr. of shoes which I cannot wear. Let me know if anyone has any other ideas.
