I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I order children's size 9 crocs. After weeks of emailing demanding my order they finally sent me adult male size 9 crocs. I emailed multiple times with pictures trying to return for the size I ordered. They do not return your emails and there is no other recourse. They should be arrested!

What a scam company who will never issue you a refund or allow you to cancel your order even if the order was arrived a month late. My bad for not checking their reviews online before buying. NEVER buy from them again.

Big mistake

Wish I could give zero stars! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Thank God it was only 1 pair of shoes but here I am with no gift for Christmas and no response from them…I hate scammers😡

I ordered 1 pair of boots & as soon as I put my order through I realized I made a mistake by ordering 2 pair. Within minutes I tried to change the order but there was no where I could find to do this. I emailed them right away & did get a general response back but nothing happened. I emailed them a few more times but nothing came of it. This was on December 5th & it’s now December 21. If I ever do receive them I guess I will have to keep them. This seems to be a Chinese company. The web address shows its Brampton, ontario. Money was taken in U.S. dollars. Never again will I order from them. Cheats & scams.

I only rate it a 1 star because it wouldn't accept 0. This company is a scam. They send no sense emails stating customer service support and then will do nothing for you because " sorry it already shipped" yet they ignore your email until it is too late to do anything for you. When they finally contact you they offer you a discount off your next order or you can return at your own expense. They are crooks. This site should be shut down before other people are taken to the cleaners by these criminals.

Apparently this is just a scam. Purchased a pair of shoes — received no email confirmation, no acknowledgement… and no shoes. Will be reporting to BBB and attorney general.

Horrible company. Ordered three pairs after a month they sent wrong sizes all were too big wanted me to send pictures and measurements etc filed complaint with State Attorney General who in turn sent them a letter got my copy yesterday. Now this company says they'll give me a refund after l return them to China on My dime that'll take another month. I refused so l'll probably never see a penny and during my checkout l was given opportunity to spin a wheel for percentage off purchase which l didn't get they charged my card full price.

Product does not look at all like it is on website. Cheaply made, uncomfortable, looks awful. Charge more then they say and have to return to China so very hard to get refund.

This company is a bogus Chinese company! Bought 2 pairs of boots for Christmas. Their sizes are too small. Tried emailing four times for return, no response. Call the number and you get a recording in Chinese. Review these fly by nights before buying! There is nothing I can do now except try to resell them for half the price! Stick with American companies that you know!

Money taken but did not receive goods. Shows a delivery company that goods delivered, but no evidence to show. Even after several emails to the company no response. £25 down the drain. Utterly useless service.

I. just called my bank to get my $20.95 returned to my credit card. It took me a month to find this website. I received an e-mail of my purchase a month ago and then 2 weeks ago I got a message on my phone that my shoes had shipped. I suppose thery are. on a slow boat from China. I will pay more from Amazon; however, they will fit and I'll get them tomorrow. I gave this website address to my bank to further validate my claim. It just takes a while for the bank to investigate.

Same problem as everyone else. I ordered shoes over six weeks ago that never arrived. Emails were never answered and phone number given answered in a recorded Chinese. Worse company I have ever dealt with. So do not order from this company. I only wish I had read all the reviews before ordering.

Already unhappy with the company (if that’s even what it is?!?!?) bought two nights ago due to a friend’s recommendation having bought two pairs herself. Nowhere on the site does it mention prices and charges are in US dollars so their $39.00 special actuality costs you $67 if you’re in Australia!
After reading these reviews I’m nervous and have messaged them on Facebook but of course probably no reply! Will be contacting consumer affairs if they don’t arrive AND they didn’t have a problem charging me TWICE for postage!

I placed an order online June 22 and today is Jul 5. My order hasn't shipped yet and they wont respond to emails or voicemails either. I'm not sure we're dealing with a legit company and that bothers me. The voicemail is in Chinese but they have a US customer support no. that no one ever answers.

I am not getting any response for the website contact to return my shoes. It is very frustrating and i cannot see another option to contact them to get my return information

By allowing to contact you to return a pair of mesh boots that I received a wrong size in I received my right size. But I need to return the size 5.5 size immediately!
