We worked with John to help us facilitate our order. Although they didn't have enough immediately in stock to help fill the quantity we needed, John offered to call another location and acquire what we needed and within the short time span required for delivery. (I compare this to a couple of calls I previously made to companies who said they didn't have enough, and that was that...) I've used mybadges for many years for my name tag supplies. All staff have been friendly and professional and the orders were always of good quality.
Recently I encountered a situation where I was without lanyards on a Friday afternoon and they were needed that evening. I ordered white medium-width lanyards, and I was a little worried about ordering white because I didn't want it to look too bright and obnoxious or to turn out dingy. The product arrived sooner than promised and turned out beautifully. I was pleasantly surprised by the soft satiny feel. Will definitely return with future orders, and recommend to others.
