I have not even received my parcel
I have not even received my parcel, and it was signed by a stranger who is neither from the reception of my flat nor anyone I know. I reported this situation but nothing really happens till now. I lost over 900 pond and not be treated with any care.

Software purchase
I am in the UK. Bought some Strymon software and it was a great price, better than elsewhere by quite a margin.
The download process was quite straightforward, despite having to go to a different (the manufacturers) website for it and there being a different name for the codes involved. But overall very happy with the experience.

The offshore trousers are awesome, postage service rubbish
The offshore trousers are awesome, however UPS delivery was rubbish. Address wasn't recognised by UPS. Changed delivery to a delivery point. They failed to deliver there twice. Finally arrived 3 weeks later, at the original delivery address, and after multiple calls to UPS.
However, once again, the HH offshores are ace. Quality production. Thank you Muziker for supplying them.

The shipping fee to UK is such high due to fact, that we ship from warehouses based in Slovakia, EU, since UK is not part of the EU, there is tax and custom charges included in shipping cost. Once you receive the package in UK you are not paying anything on top of already amount paid.

Prompt reliable delivery.
Had trouble sourcing my item from other retailers but Muziker had it in stock & use a good courier service in UPS so I was happy to order from them. The order even arrived a day earlier than estimated.

Terrible .
Terrible. I ordered a £2.19 guitar hook, and then £24.90 was charged for postage. Once I spotted this rip off I tried to cancel the order. Sadly they said not possible, just refuse delivery when it arrives!! This way I would get a refund for the goods £2.19 , but not the £24.90 postage. Ridiculous , rip off company, do not use Muziker, ever.

We're really sorry that we weren't able to fulfil your expectations. Please accept our apology. At the same time, we're glad that you shared your opinion. We are not able to cancel the order once it is already dispatched from the warehouse, the only way is to refuse delivery from the courier and they will send the package back to our warehouse as refused shipment. Then full amount is refunded to our customers. The mark of a good company is how well they handle problems. I bought a very expensive 2nd hand trolley. It had a fault, but Muziker claims and customer service was brilliant. Took it back full refund and now have another in its place.
Very impressed.

Un-acceptable service
I bought a small hanging hook for my guitar, cost was £2.19. Shipping the item was £24.90. !! When I realised the cost from the invoice, I immediately cancelled the order. Muziker refused to refund my order, indeed they said to refuse delivery when it arrived, so I could get my refund (£2.19) but the shipping would still be charged. This company is a complete rip off, and has appalling service.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t cancel your order because it had already been picked up by the courier, and we don’t have any influence over the order once it’s in their hands.
But please, refuse the package from the courier when they will try to deliver to you and the package will be send back to us automatically by courier. Once the refused package reaches our warehouse, we’ll promptly process a full refund for your order.
