Do they even check online orders?
The website was initially difficult to navigate, however the online chat function was good to help me find what I was looking for. This means that someone was aware that I was placing an order.
After this though, my order sat in limbo and wasn't shipped, with no information, for more than a week. When I contacted them they said that they would ship it that afternoon, but it seems suspect to me that they were coincidentally shipping it the same day I contacted them after a week of nothing.

Hi Kate, We have responded, And you need to give people time to find out what's going on. We are not here to scam anyone and you shouldn't defame a business unless you have facts. This is very disappointing as you have had response from the team and me myself. We do not take money of people and if we cannot supply the goods we will refund you in accordance to Australian Retail law. we would appreciate you taking down that out site is a scam. As you can see the reviews over 90% are 5 star reviews

Postage was far too slow
Postage was far too slow. Good old Aust Post managed to send it to the wrong sorting facility which didn't help, but even so, we placed the order on 16 June and received it today, 7 July.
