I haven’t received the item yet. They did send for 7 days until I rang wanting an ETA. Imagine if I didn’t call how long it would take. They didn’t answer phone or return calls

I'm assuming I was sent this survey because my item should have arrived to me by now. It hasn't. When I placed my order I got an automated reply email with a receipt. Days went by and no information on the dispatch of my purchase. I emailed and got a reply saying they had a problem with their server and they couldn't send emails 🙄 and my item will be sent the following Monday (tomorrow). I was a little skeptical as I have heard similar stories from different retailers. The fact that I was encouraged to complete my purchase by offering free me delivery enhances my skepticism. Anyway, obviously I'm still waiting, but my review is done.

I ordered something from them. They heavily discounted, but they changed the Web and refunded me without any talk. Ordered again, refunded again because stock is unavailable while they didn't make it unavailable on their Web. They should manage their sites better.

Got back to my email asking questions about the product very quickly. Everything arrived in good time and the whole thing was nice and easy!

Wanted to buy a piano keyboard but they were out of stock so I left the order with them. Contacted them later and found the model I wanted had been superceded. So they offered me the new model but at the same price as the old one.
