I have been taking advanced piano lessons for almost a year and a half and I cannot recommend Music Lessons Anywhere highly enough. From the initial conversation with Tracy Rose, I knew I was in good hands. Stephie is a wonderful and kind teacher who has helped me progress so much both in playing and theory work. Even though the lessons are online, you still become part of a community through remote practice workshops, recitals and buddy sessions, all of which I’ve found extremely beneficial. Thanks to all at Music Lessons Anywhere!

Our family have been part of the Music Lessons Anywhere family for 8 years. We have had piano, violin, flute, saxophone and music theory lessons. There are so many benefits and we would highly recommend them. Being able to have lessons from the comfort of your own home, the workshops offered, their regular on line concerts and progress notes sent following each lesson are invaluable. As well as lesson notes my daughter’s teacher Liz (who is just wonderful, patient and a fantastic musician) sends links to listen to pieces, links to other musicians playing all of which motivate, inspire and assist with weekly practice. We have moved country twice during this time and love that we can take Music Lessons Anywhere with us! Thank you Tracy, Paul and Liz for all your support over the years x

My 14-year old daughter did 1 on 1 Zoom lessons with Tracy over half term in order to pass her Grade 5 theory exam. Tracy was amazing with her. She gave her so much encouragement and support, not to mention checking her homework late at night in time for the morning's session. She also included her in free weekend workshops and as a result my daughter took her exam online 2 days after her lessons had finished and got a Merit.

Tracy is simply amazing. My boy just passed Grade-5 theory with distinction with her help. Two months ago, I realized he had to nail a grade-5 theory within a month to be able to take the Grade 6 piano grade. And he only had a Grade-3 theory passing grade. Then we found Tracy and took the fast-tracked course. The lessons were well-prepared and highly effective. Tracy was very encouraging and supportive. And she certainly knew how to tailor her teaching to help a student navigate this exam. We recommend her with all our heart and wish more students could benefit from her help!

I had lessons in composition from Kelsey Rogers. The teaching was superb, and communication with the central office and finance office was also excellent throughout.

My boys, aged 14 and 12 passed their Grade 5 Theory ABRSM within two weeks thanks to Tracy and Carol.
They previously had very little knowledge of theory and literally felt they knew nothing before starting the course! Carol went through the course in an easy to understand method.

Helped speed my daughter through grade 5 music theory by breaking down the work into manageable chunks and making the lessons enjoyable. Great individual attention to the learner’s particular needs and clear structures for progression through the workload. My daughter was delighted to get a distinction and is now enjoying lessons on Grade 6 Theory with Music Lessons Anywhere. Highly recommended.

My child took a fast track music theory course at Music Lessons Anywhere and passed the 5-grade exam with distinction. I think that's the best recommendation I can give :-) I would add that the teacher was very competent and friendly, and the organization of the course was also excellent - we felt well informed and looked after at every stage. My two boys - 10 year old and 12 year old and my niece - 14 years old just finished the ABRSM Theory Grade 5 exam - we are very happy with the results.
My kids started preparing for the Grade 5 Theory exam a few months back with their regular piano teacher but we realized extra support and teaching was required to get this exam done. Some of the teachers we reached out to here in the US were giving us 1 year timeframe to study and prepare for the exam.
My sister found Tracy while searching for teachers and we feel so fortunate to have found Tracy.
Tracy is highly responsive, managed to work through 3 different time zone, she did an initial test with our 3 kids and then they were assigned to Mike Heath who is excellent, excellent, excellent!
Mike prepared them with the intensive group classes, he posted alll the required material and was available to answer any questions and mark their practice exams. Tracy was available to help with my kids as well as were in a little time crunch to get the exam done. We full heartedly recommend Tracy for ABRSM Grade 5, Thank you from the bottom of our heart to Tracy and Mike Heath.

I’ve had such a good experience with Music Lessons Anywhere. I took piano lessons and a composition workshop with Kelsey and she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I didn’t know what to expect when I first signed up for doing remote lessons but I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of getting started and the skill of their instructors. The whole admin team was organized and also easy to contact if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend giving lessons a try if you’ve been thinking about it.

Music Lessons Anywhere was recommended to me by a friend and what a fantastic recommendation it was. Tracy was amazing at assessing my son for his grade 5 theory and found an excellent tutor (Carol) for him. My son did the 5 day crash course and sat the exam soon after and gained a merit. The support during and after the course was brilliant. Carol provided all the material necessary and was happy to provide support and mark papers even after the course was over. Thoroughly recommend Music Lessons Anywhere for anyone taking their grade 5 theory exam.

Thanks to Jessica and Tracey and a course of intensive theory lessons my daughter passed her Grade 5 theory with distinction - and more importantly enjoyed the lessons!

I have taken Accordion lessons for about a year and Stefan was my instructor. He was excellent and I learned a lot, evern at my young age of 83. Stefan and Tracy were great to do business with and learn from. They also offer lessons on other instruments, a great way to learn. It was a great online experience.

We feel so fortunate to have Tracy as a music theory teacher, and I highly recommend Tracy to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and committed educator, especially music theory!

My daughter is 12 and had grade 2 theory knowledge. In one week, Tracy had taught her all she needed to know to secure a Grade 5 Theory pass! We were amazed! My daughter Claire has been a violin student of Liz's since the onset of Covid; she added piano this past year and has enjoyed each instrument tremendously (thank you, Liz and Music Lessons Anywhere!). This fall she will begin a degree program--partially thanks to thousands of dollars of scholarships for music (thank you, Liz and Music Lessons Anywhere!)--with the intention of becoming a Music Therapist.
